Well put together trip to Jersey
Well put together trip to Jersey. Hotel is in need of refurbishment but staff were all very pleasant & accommodating & food was excellent. Hotel location was also very good with bus stops just outside.

Outstanding
We had a wonderful holiday at Warners Heythrop Park with Glenton Select . We were picked up by taxi and taken to meet our coach which was very clean and comfortable . Our driver Martin was fantastic just the right amount of professionalism and humour.
Heythrop park was outstanding in every way. Food, service, entertainment were all fantastic. The coach trips were great and the free day at the hotel was appreciated to enjoy all the activities the hotel had to offer. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Heythrop Park was magnificent
Heythrop Park was magnificent. The rooms were spacious and the staff lovely. The food was delicious and a great variety. The taxi picking me up was on time and the coach was so comfortable. It was a Red Rose not the usual Glenton Select. A little disappointed we did not get the welcome bag as I was looking forward to getting a pen!!

Heythrop experience
Pickup arrangements were very good and bus was very comfortable, leg room etc, although the access to bus was very steep for elderly people. The journey time of 111/2 - 12 hrs was really tiring. Hotel was lovely, room and food were all high standard, and entertainment was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Trip to outer Hebrides with Glenton Tours
We normally book the select holidays . Always 4* hotels and get guided tours. The trip to the Outer Hebrides was first class. Would definitely recommend it. The driver Graham was first class which made a difference would give him 5 stars. It was also a good group of people on the bus. Everyone mixed and everyone got on with each other, which made a difference.

Appalling customer service
Been a while since I used Glenton but their customer service has gone down the pan. Trip advertised on their website, three months from now. Spaces available on coach, according to seating plan. Phoned to book. It's fully booked. There are no spaces. There is a waiting list. False advertising. Disappointed.

Whether a tour is fully booked relies not only on seats available on the coach, but also on rooms being available at the hotel. It appears that on this occasion the hotel in question is full and is therefore unable to add additional rooms to our group allocation and we were unable to book you on the tour.
When this happens our normal procedure is to offer to add you to the waiting list. If another customer cancels or more rooms become available, you would then be given first refusal to book on to the tour.
If you would like to be put on to the waiting list or would like us to look at another tour for you, please do get in touch. We are always happy to help.

Check the taxi service
Darrin was our driver and was very helpful and cheery the hotel was lovely , but we were supposed to get picked up at 8 30 by taxi and they forgot about us we were an hour late and had to go to Hamilton to meet the coach

Disappointing Taxi Pick up Service
It was a lovely break. What let us down was the door to door taxi service
Coming home we waited and hour for taxi to arrive. Not good after our long journey home. Not impressed by door to door taxi service as we are both pensioners and my husband has mobility issues.
