Quick refresher call with Emma Shale on setting up and saving relevant searches that will auto update and send me a monthly report. Quick and effective call. Emma was really helpful and understood what I was looking for immediately.

I just had a great training session with Emma. She was very knowledgeable and was able to show me tips and tricks on things I knew a bit about. Then she went through in detail, elements I needed to understand better. She was also super patient when I had to take a call from a customer :)

Ciaran delivered an excellent introductory session on Glenigan when I first gained access to the platform. He focused on a handful of the most valuable search functions and key areas to prioritise, which made the session immediately practical and relevant.

What really stood out was his approach—keeping the training focused rather than overwhelming, and sharing some genuinely useful tips on how to engage with contacts effectively.
