Easy to order
Easy to order, had a good offer on too although I think a discount code is always available. Took a little longer to be delivered than I thought, about 10 days in total, but happy with the glasses, a little on the smaller side so sat differently to the virtual try on. Love having that option though. Will consider GD for my next pair

The web site had plenty of choice and I felt technically pretty good with their try-on feature. Glasses were easy to order with straight forwrad payment with several optional discounts available if you can find them. Glasses arrived well packed and in good order. Altogether very pleased.

3rd time i've used glasses direct and great again. Good glasses, cost-effective and very speedy delivery. Might be worth mentioning the specifications which aren't necessary as there were some on my prescription that weren't needed for making the glasses.

Upon checking, we could only find previous correspondence relating to your prescription and Pupillary Distance (PD), but no message about the fit of the glasses. We apologise if your earlier enquiry did not reach us.
We’d be more than happy to help. We’ll send you a guide explaining how to adjust the frame safely at home. Please avoid forcing the frame, and let us know whether the adjustment improves the fit.
If the glasses still feel too tight or uncomfortable, we can discuss exchanging them for a wider frame.

Straightforward process. I picked my frames from the website, rang Glasses direct gave them my prescription details and placed the order. A few days later the glasses arrived. I'm very pleased with the glasses and the service.

Above and beyond
I had a problem with two pairs of glasses that were broken but within warranty and a lovely lady by the name of Jane could not of been more helpful and even sorting my problem out over the weekend which to be fair I was gobsmacked with as many retailers will only deal with issues during a normal working week I can not praise Jane and Glasses direct enough 👌
