Being extremely desperate to receive my student visa in time for my study exchange period, Giambrone was so prompt in responding to me and assigning a lawyer to my case. My lawyer, Giovanni Costagliola, ensured that I was able to obtain my visa despite many complications with VFS. Without his help, I would not have been able to go on my study exchange to Milan, so I am very grateful. Would recommend Giambrone and Giovanni to anyone experiencing similar issues.

I contacted Gambrione law in late Nov 23, I had already become an Italian citizen and wanted to register in AIRE in UK and then apply for my Italian passport once in place. I was told initially it could take up to 6 months to be registered on AIRE but is was done very fast in a bit over a month! Even the clerk at the consulate mentioned how fast the AIRE was registered! Then the process started to get my passport, on 1st Feb 24 I picked up my passport. Francesca was so helpful and I would highly recommend her and this firm.

I turned to Giambrone Law for assistance with the provision of an affidavit in support of an application to the UK Probate Service.

Good evening, you’ve asked for feedback on our experience with Giambrone. We were lucky to have Vincenzo Senatore as our solicitor and Maddalena Beretti as our support. Both are excellent solicitors. Vincenzo is very, very competent and up-to-date on current changes in the law. He advises you on everything that can be done. He has been very patient and very empathic towards us. My brother went through a very difficult divorce ( his wife was a gold digger) and it’s only thanks to Vincenzo that we managed to get out of it. The lawyer we had previously was not useless, she was worse!!
Perhaps I would classify her work as being shoddy, useless in advising my brother on his rights and potentially dangerous in this situation. Vincenzo managed to put things in order and take the right direction. He is nothing less of being brilliant, and I don’t use that word often.
Maddalena is very good at her work, discrete, well educated, very very helpful and competent . She even helped me when I lost my passport and it was not part of her job.
Together they form an excellent team and I cannot praise them enough. I’m not very good with words but I think my message is clear
