No response from you since you emailed that you had tried to call me on 23/8/23, my phone did not ring and has no record of your calls? In any case this was after I had requested my preferred method of contact on your form was by email!! Why ask and then ignore? I emailed you in reply on 24/8/23 and nothing since!!

They follow through with their service from start to finish and the value for money, ultimately, is worth it as i had a few issues with my case, and although consequently, this took longer than expected to resolve, Giambrone Law, especially Francesca Morelli, (and others on the telephone like Joseph) was there every step of the way and was helpful right through to the end result which was extremely good in my case, as i know i would not have been able to resolve issues on my own as it did need a good lawyer's input ultimately. Being able to spread my payments to the firm over 5 months, also helped me considerably. My experience with solicitors in the past has been extremely poor unfortunately. Overall a very positive experience.Having decided to apply for Italian citizenship by marriage( thanks for nothing Brexit!) we struggled so much with the online form that we then sought professional help.The two staff members I spoke to in London ( Joseph and Darren)were brilliant in their friendliness, clarity and efficiency so that decided us to use Giambrone Services. I was allocated Elze and although my case was then dealt with by 2 trainee lawyers ( not an issue - everyone starts life as a trainee), it was clear she was overseeing and she stepped in and clarified whenever needed including several direct phone calls.
My application has approval from the Italian Consulate and now just waiting for final confirmation from the actual Ministro in Italy.
A star lost as we took their recommendation for one service needed in London but found the recommended firm very pricey, in a rush without even taking a seat to speak to us calmly, and then emails sent were addressed to my husband and excluded me which was rather bizarre.
However apart from that, I have been very pleased with the service and clear pricing . I am certain that without their assistance, my application would not have been accepted at the Consulate.

My wife was applying for a non-lucrative visa for Spain, being a Brazilian national she had to apply from Brazil.
I found Giambrone Law and worked with Mr Andreu Marin Muñoz from the Barcelona office.
This was a very stressful period for us, me being in England and my wife being in Brazil but Andreu Marin made this so much more easier for us, not only with his standard of work and professionalism but also being at the end of the phone to support us when we had worries or questions.
We had a initial telephone conversation to discuss our needs and for Andreu to explain to us the way forward.
From then on we worked very well together, he was always very clear in what documentation we needed to gather for the application and when we needed it.
My wife picked up her visa from the Spanish consulate in Brasilia in July 2023, we are very very happy and ready to move on with our life.
I would highly recommend his services, if my wife and I ever need any legal help in Spain again he will be our first phonecall.

My service with Giambrone started out incredibly well with a lovely client services team who introduced me to my immigration lawyer. From there I had regular contact, the lawyer answered my questions, and things were moving steadily and I felt confident in their ability to help with my visa application to relocate.

I was advised that I could travel to my country of relocation and start my application from there despite not having a particular document required for my visa yet. I had applied for the document but was having trouble getting it as there was confusion around it's purpose with UK tax office. Due to this form being missing, my visa was rejected and I received no actual support from my lawyer throughout this process in terms of providing answers and next steps. I have since found out that I was asked by my lawyer to fill out the wrong form and the information I was told to provide on the original form by my lawyer was not going to be accepted ever because it was wrong. When I asked questions for clarity or advice on this form, I received completely unhelpful responses or had my questions completely ignored. This form not being submitted led to my visa being rejected.

I was then informed that appeals for visa rejections and any re-applications require another fee. The fee I was offered was the exact same price I paid for the full visa application service which is appalling considering I only followed the advice of the lawyer and was provided no guidance on how to resolve it despite constant efforts to contact the UK tax office and try to figure it out on my own.

In summary, when things went wrong I was provided no support, no answers and when I couldn't make an appeal on my visa rejection due to again this missing form I was told to pay again. Despite none of this being my fault. I am now back in the UK having lost a large amount of money with no visa and no recognition, accountability or offer to help from Giambrone.

It felt like a complete scandal to be led to submit an application without all of the documents and then to be rejected and provided no support. Knowing that I would be paying an additional fee if it went wrong to them anyway so no care was needed. I fully understand that visa applications aren't always a smooth process and understood that there would be a few bumps along the way but this service was just abysmal.

I had really high hopes and was so excited to move away and I have now lost money, an apartment, and complete trust in this company. I wish I never had to make a review like this.

In response to the below reply: I had full understanding that it was my responsibility to obtain the needed document from Social Services. However, I was told to get the wrong document by my lawyer and this has since been confirmed to me by the Spanish Consulate in Edinburgh. I contacted my lawyer several times to inform him of the difficulties I was having obtaining this document and was simply told to get it. With no guidance. I now know the issue is that it was entirely the wrong form. I also communicated with client services that the fee relating to re-applications or appeal is extremely vague and unclear so it is unfair to claim that this was clearly communicated or understood on my part.

Being in need and in a hurry to obtain 'Equivalenza' for my UK degrees and gain the right to take part in an Italian Public Selection with very tight deadlines, I decided to entrust Studio Giambrone hoping to succeed in this ambitious attempt. I couldn't have made a better choice! I must here acknowledge the expertise, readiness and proactivity of Lawyer Ms Luisanna Accardo for her effective action in liasing with and coordinating all offices involved, Italian Consulate included. In only a forthnight she managed to obtain 'Dichiarazione di Valore' seen the usually lenghty process to obtain this document.
I would also like to thank Lawyer Ms. Francesca Fortunato for managing the second but key part of the challenge, that was sending the request for the long coveted 'Equivalenza' that was actually needed to finalize my candidature.
In conclusion I can only reaffirm my personal trust in Giambrone Law and express gratitude for the excellent assistance received.

The spanish branch will ask for a relatively high retainer without analysis of case value etc. It did not strike me that they understood the nature of queries. After a 2 min conversation I received a 2 line email and asked to pay a high retainer. Also, you will haVe to speak through a spokes woman so cannot speak with their lawyers directly. I am not asking for much but just an upfront evaluation and analysis BEFORE they ask for retainer. In that case entirely not sufficient.
It was indeed a fast response as other reviewer write, however thats was" yes they can do sth a" but that was it and I don't think they understood queries.
UPDATE: I provided this to your QA Team and thanks for the online harassment, second attempt.
Also: Clients, u will need to communicate through a mouthpiece to the spanish team.
