Low Temperature set
I brought the GHD Max only to find out when it arrived it doesn’t have a temperature increase button, just the on/off button. Therefore this straightener is actually set to a temperature of only 185, I couldn’t be bothered going through the hassle of returning it. So maybe you guys should advertise the temperature on this ghd on your website so customers like myself aren’t in for a surprise when receiving it.

Got the beach waver
Got the beach waver, burnt my hair and when I went to return it, they didn't have a label ready to be printed so I paid the full cost of the return- over $20. For a luxury hair styler. Stupid would never buy again or recommend

Amazing service and product
Order placed on Monday, along with personalisation, I asked GHD to fast track it for my daughter who was about to return to her country. Her stunning limited edition GHD Chronos was delivered on the Friday morning. Thank you for the amazing customer service and also the stunning new GHD. She was blown away!

Just WOW
I always use GHD tools and the Sculpt is by far the best straightener they have developed so far, it is lightweight, fast to straighten and leaves my hair flatter and smoother than any of the other models. I have a short chin length bob and my hair is thick and quite coarse and I always struggle to straighten it flat without it bouncing back up but using these I can go 3 days without straightening again which has never happened before I usually have to redo with the ghd unplugged when I get to work. They are super stylish looking and I love the cross end cap which you put on after use, would highly recommend.
