Customer service wasn’t helpful and they didn’t give options to fixed my ghd straightener instead they pushed to buy a new one and only 30-% off. Disappointed that they didn’t take the old one back and could trade in.

I am very sorry your recent experience did not meet your expectations. I have reviewed your enquiry and would like to provide some context: our products have a manufacturing warranty of two or three years from the date of purchase and the styler in question is 7 years old. While we are unable to provide a replacement or repair service out of warranty, we try to be as helpful as possible by providing discounts towards purchasing a replacement product as we understand they can sometimes be an unexpected expense.

Never received my straighteners after 7…
Never received my straighteners after 7 days but nobody wanted to deal with this in a timely manner especially as I said I was going on holiday and wanted to take them with me as I was attending a wedding . I feel replacement should have been sent out to me while the non delivery of original parcel taken up with delivery company .

Terrible experience
Terrible experience as I ordered the new Sculpt product for next day delivery. The item was then never delivered as EVRi kept delivering to the wrong address and sending photographs or random buildings. It took me a few days to get this resolved but Rachel helped me in the end.
