The items I ordered were as advertised and great quality. Was very happy with the authenticity and materials. As far as customer service- someone always responded promptly to any question and orders were shipped in a timely manner. I do recommend them and would order again
My experience with purchasing products from Gucci bound has been absolutely great on my first order im always a bit weary with online sites but as soon as I put my order in they got back to me within a day to let me no they received my order and that I would review my tracking number and shipping information 2 - 4 days after that I received my shipping information within 2 days and received my item I purchased within a week and not only are they great at getting what you ordered to you the product itself is amazing i recommend anyone thinking about buying something to have no worry’s about it because I haven’t had any dramas with the purchases I have made from these guys
