After a month, sent an email for what going on; they answer postal is late but I'll get my stuff one of these days. In fact, in December I sent another email and no answer from them. It is 7 month later, no news. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH GOODBAND.NET !!!
They don't get my money back so be careful. Buy one locally and it is perfect.

Sadly I didn't read these reviews before I made an order in October 2020.
The items have not arrived and all I have received are excuses and untruths.

Totally agree with everyone. I ordered stainless steel fire pits last November and nothing! They keep saying to be patient and the are checking with the logistics company for a tracking number. They cannot reimburse because the item is on its way. BS !!!

This is a scam!!! Do not purchase anything from them, I purchased an item back in October, it is now March 30, I have wrote them several times for refund and they only respond with an automated bull s**t email. I know they are based in China. If you are reading this review and you know any resources to report to authorities please let me know on the comments.

Don’t ever ever ever buy from this website. It’s a scammed. You never get what you ordered. I learned the hard way. Just a warning to everyone. If not you lost your hard earn as what happen to me.

I hate them bytches I order my cars in December and it just now arrived. I emailed them and told I no longer this cars because Christmas is long gone. They emailed me and told me since I received my shipment theirs nothing they could do. Their policy states 100% guarantee if not satisfied or any other reason and they refuse to honor their own policy. Do not order from them. Its very hard to get through to them and this company is lies. China needs the money after this if its not made in the US. Im not purchasing.

Ordered my product in April 2020, i have never received it. They got their payment through paypal, but still never got what i purchased. I have contacted them several times since then. They keep checking on it but have not credited back my money nor delivered my $20 product i ordered. Bogus company - Bad business Do Not deal with these people you won't get your product they will just take your money

We ordered an $88 remote control car. Got it and it doesn’t work. I reached out to them for their return address as there isn’t one on their site. They asked about the issue, I told them and they said that they were sorry but because they sent the correct item. They couldn’t refund my money. The stuff they sell is crap, and they are scum.

I spent $300 on 2 remote control cars tbey arrived broken and after contacting them I was offered $4 as compensation! These people r a complete joke and scam don’t waste ur time

I ordered the faux fence (2) in October. I received an email that it had shipped. Then an email that it was delivered, but was not. I emailed informing them I had not received my order. Their reply was that a new item was on it's way. It is now December 29, 2020. I just checked again by email. Their response was that it had been delivered (referring to the first unsuccessful delivery in October). I informed them of this and they apologized. I asked for a refund and they stated that since the order had been sent out for delivery already they could not cancel and refund. I demanded the name and address for the agent for service of process in California. Have not heard back today. Very polite emails - while they give it to you in the behind.

This Goodband is a big scam!! if its from China its A scam, i have ordered the that cool car with the hand control. on Nov 19th and never got it , it is now Dec 28th and nothing!! I don't know how they get away with it but im turning them in to the better business bureau of America so they cannot sell there adds nowhere!!!!!! what ever you do do not order anything from these people!!! they suck!! And when you try to contact them you cant thats a big sign that you have been scammed.

This is a low life scam!!! I ordered a car for 87.00 for my grandsons Christmas, they promised it would be here, well its dec.28th still no car!!! I have emailed them over and over they send one lie after another. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer to try and ban the pieces of crap for scamming ppl!!!

I ordered $200 worth of remote cars and it has been 3 months, no refund and no product.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Been 6 months, no package. Won’t give a refund and insists it’s on its way when the tracking says it been delivered m?? Honestly such a waste. I saw them on Instagram and it’s crazy Instagram could promote such a scamming company. NEVER buy from this bullsh*t company. So disgusted

I ordered an item for $19.99 plus $5.99 shipping, was sent the wrong thing, and they say that the "best they can do is send me $3. Never buying from an online Chinese company again.

I ordered with them once and had no issues getting my item. I loved it so much I put in a second order. Like everyone else it has been over 2 months I haven't received my order and their customer service email keeps saying to be patient. I'm very upset. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!

ordered from them, they sent to the wrong address and will not refund but judging by the other reviews i dont think i would get the right product anyways. Tried to work with paypal to get a refund but they wont do anything. Absolute garbage, avoid at all costs. Couldve saved my grandma 70 bucks if i checked out what she was ordering from :(

Be careful. I bought the biggest expandable Faux fence, and got something a tenth smaller, it was supposed to be really big and they are like letter sized. I ordered 6. Now they want me to return them all the way back to China, and pay for the sipping which is higher than the actual product cost. PayPal not helping either. JUST AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!
