Hi Rozana,

Thank you for your recent review.

A turkey is a traditionally accepted symbol of Christmas, used extensively to market seasonal products and services across many sectors. Our advert uses an animated character of a Christmas turkey to convey a serious message about being an early bird planner but delivered in a memorable and fun way.

However, when creating content designed to be fun and humorous, we understand it will not appeal to every consumer. Rest assured it was not our intention to create discomfort and we regret that has been your experience.

Thanks,
Nathan

I have been with Park Hampers9 for a few…

I have been with Park Hampers for a few years now and each year at Xmas it has been fantastic to receive the vouchers etc which , especially this year , have been extremely helpful with cost at this time of year.
The choices Park have are great and the payment schedule feels very safe and my choice to manage how much each month is paid so helpful with budget.

Useless cards

Thanks to park Christmas savings I will be having a miserable time over the festive holiday. I have been a saver with park for many years with no problems before but this year has been different. On Sunday went to do my Christmas food shopping at Marks and Spencer’s to have my love2shop declined. The lady in m&s did say that those cards are useless at times. Luckily I had cash on me. I am a pensioner and find that saving money each month is the only way I can afford Christmas. I emailed the company when I got home, eventually got a reply this morning (Tuesday) to say that it was probably the magnetic strip on the card and they would send me another card. Not my fault they use inferior cards. So know I have had to cancel Christmas, no presents for my family. To say that I’m angry is an understatement. And the worst thing is that they don’t seem to care, I have had no apology whatsoever.

Hi Aileen,

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review,

I am sorry to hear you're Love2shop card became damaged and was unable to be used when shopping.

I'm glad to hear you have spoken directly with Love2shop regarding the issue with the card and who has arranged a replacement card.

I am sorry if you feel no-one care this certainly wouldn't be the intention of the advisor you spoke with.

I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Thanks
James

My mother gave me a book of vouchers to give her grandchildren and when I looked at them they were all out of date. My mother has mixed dementia and is very upset as when I rang they said that there is nothing they can do even though they have taken £450 from my mother. I will be taking this to the trading standards

Hi Stuart,

Thank you for your recent review.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how upsetting this must have been. Given the circumstances and your mum’s health, we should be able to arrange something for you.

Could you please email us at getus@getpark.co.uk with the subject line FAO James, so I can look into this further for you both?

Please include your mum’s Park account number, address, postcode, and the serial numbers of the expired vouchers.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
James

Hi Angie,

You can use the Purple gift card in around 140 stores, with lots of online retailers accepting the card.

Here is where you can spend the Purple gift card:

Christmas Made Easier!

Makes Christmas so much easier, put something away every month and Christmas is all paid for - great! System is flexible too, can change orders and increase payments if requried. Been doing this for years.

Worrying

As I don't like leaving negative reviews I'm sorry to have to write this but I'm annoyed and worried for others.

I got interested in Park Christmas Savings and started their online registration. Once they got my email address they immediately created an account and emailed an account number.

I got to the stage in registration where you could select a monthly savings amount (minimum £5 per month) and on that same page they asked for Direct Debit details. Before committing to Park I wanted to look through their site before purchasing anything but you could only go to the next step by filling in the Direct Debit box, which I wasn't prepared to do. And you couldn't go back to cancel the process.

Fortunately on the same page there was a contact box which I used to ask for cancellation. Today I got two emails from them, the first saying "We're really sorry to hear you're wishing to cancel the 2026 order in full, may I ask the reason for this?" Well I couldn't have placed an order because they didn't have my payment details.

On explaining this to them the second email said "You had placed an order online on 6/12/25 for £50.00 Purple digital gift card." Again this could not be true as they didn't have my payment details.

On the positive side the second email also said "This has now been cancelled and the account is now closed." Let's hope that is true as I don't want to hear from them again.

So be warned, as it stands, it looks like if you register and give payment details you will in fact have placed an order. I wonder what Trading Standards would have to say about this?

Hi Ostap,

As explained in our previous email, an order was placed online on 06/12/25 which may of gone through our easy sign up option which adds £50.00 Purple gift card.

After placing an order, the system then provides the option to set up a direct debit.

You later requested to cancel the account via email, and we responded asking for the reason and provided the available options.

We then confirmed that the order had been cancelled and the account had been closed.

Thanks,
Nathan

Year 2

This is my second year using Park. And it’s the best thing I’ve done. I don’t have to worry about the cost of Christmas anymore. And the vouchers are delivered in more than enough time, so it’s great all round. Keep up the great service that you provide. Amazing

Sorry but brought your largest hamper

Sorry but brought your largest hamper
There were so much damage but weirdly packaging was fine many items were popped crushed or flattened. Too late to do anything about it now. Did try to get untouched poor customer service. I know you use a second company to do your hampers but the point is I brought from you, your site, your options. On the plus side lovely outside packaging
Such a shame it could of even been in transit who knows. Yours thankfully mr Miller merry Christmas

My first year saving with park

My first year saving with park Christmas and also the first time in many years that I’m not approaching Christmas panicking thinking where is the money coming from for this gift or the shopping on that particular week which has been brilliant. Already started saving for 2026 and I am well underway with that . The communication from the staff has been excellent and they have always kept me up to date with what’s happening and on the rare odd time that there has been a small problem it has been resolved very quickly. Its been a great experience so far with them and I hope it continues to be for many years to come.
