I’ve used park for a few years now, this year there was a mistake with my order. I was in a panic but once I rang customer services the problem was resolved straightaway. Absolutely fantastic service. 10/10 years

Park is a wonderful way to plan for Christmas. Paying each month takes the stress out of Christmas 🎄 as when your cards and vouchers arrive you know it's all sorted. You have the fun of Christmas shopping without affecting your wallet.

This was My 1st time purchasing the Love To Shop Vouchers I got them for Myself, My Fiancee + Family and We were all Very with the service We received and the vouchers have helped Us Lot. Customer Service were very Helpful in explaning the process as this was My 1st time + I suffer with Anxiety so I was glad with how they treated Me.
We are now planning to continue with the vouchers Next Year.

I have saved with Park for over ten years and like the flexibility to budget and save.
However this year my vouchers have not been received as outlined in the email whilst the staff I have spoken to have tried to be helpful I’m very disappointed they could not resolve it is Park who have the contract with the Post Office not me this has caused me a lot of distress

My Amazon gift card was faulty and they sorted it out super quick amazing customer service

Not saving with them again!
Been waiting weeks now for my vouchers and gift cards
Emailed multiple times no reply
No update to when they will be sent
Won’t save with them again

Been an agent for Park Christmas Savings for over 15 years. Its the best thing I've done over those years. Put your order in online, pay monthly (I always start early) & then sit back to wait for the delivery. Its a fantastic company too

I am very happy with my purchase as I am every year my customers are happy too that's why we are all coming back in 2026

Well I really had high hopes with this year's savings as lifestyle status w has changed in housing & career status have changed over the years as I was an adviser, saved & received vouchers in 2007/2008 saved loads 2025 came along i thought great ano great Xmas so my Mastercard purple card came & activated the card with code & received £250 so went to Smyths Toys superstore & was mortified when I was told that my mother deaf had used her card for it then to fail tried again failed last time no WiFi as I used my own bank card for it to have no WiFi never again am I paying for a new two 1💔😪

I love being a Park agent. I like knowing that by paying a set amount of money each month, come November I will have my vouchers, ready to hit the shops for presents, and treats for my amazing family and friends.

Excellent company very helpfull and extremely convenient

I have had a fantastic experience with Park in 2025. I began saving in January and selected what was comfortable for me. I got my card at the end of October and I was kept updated the whole time. I personally haven't had any issues, have been able to use my card as I wished - although I did use mine only online so can't comment about Instore experience.
I will likely use this again next year as it did help to have a separate pot.

Park is an amazing way to help with Christmas 🎄 I buy vouchers for myself but also for my three daughters and husbands to make Christmas food shopping a little easier for them, it’s so helpful and so much easier to spread the cost through the year rather than stressing out about it in December I have already started saving for next Christmas

I have always used my credit card to buy Christmas present and got into some debt paying it back .
This time saving with parks Christmas club i got all my Christmas presents by the middle of November. All wrapped and no debt so happy I've eventually got round to saving. Which I cant dip into.

I love Park it makes spending over the Christmas period so much easier

its brilliant to reach November and know that I have vouchers and savings to do all the present shopping, without the worry of finding extra cash or credit card to pay for it. it makes the experience so simple.
