I’ve had no issue with my first few rentals but one rental ruined the whole experience for me. There was no support from Getaround whatsoever.

After rental period when I cleaned car…
After rental period when I cleaned car I found lots of fur, Nicorette tablets and socks in car. None of them was from me. Means car was t cleaned at least few months unless leaves came now. Also animal fur can cause allergy to some people. Trying get in touch with support gives bad taste cause suggestions they turn into complain. Just plain disaster. Old car for such price and shit attitude, no, never ever and no suggestions to anyone.

Broken sensors and loud beeping
As others have mentioned, the sensor for the backseats is broken. This results in loud and constant beeping while driving - we returned the car an hour early because this is hardly bearable.Any time one stops the doors also frantically look and unlock, which is quite frustrating when driving in the city where one needs to stop frequently at red lights. Given that these problems are not new, it is strange that the owner has not taken care of them.
