Update 14/03/2024 - still haven’t received funds, sent all documents 3 working days ago (they say it takes 1-3 business days) to no surprise I’ve had no response. Unable to go onto the live chat anymore.
Update- finally got through on live chat to be told the same thing security team are still pending, breaching the timescale of 1-3 business days as this had now gone passed that frame. To no surprise I am no further forward
Update- 15/03/2002 - well well well told twice today all documents have been received and approved and withdrawal is being processed… to no surprise being told on live chat more documents are needed of my bank statement when I was only paying over a course of 2 days and had submitted a months worth of transactions. Seeking legal action on this scam of a company.

Has to be the worst casino site I've used, after losing hundreds of pounds possibly over £1000, I finally got a decent win and tried to withdraw, I was then told to submit documents which were verified only to be told to submit more which were also verified, after waiting 5 business days from 2nd successful verification, support team made me aware that my funds would eventually be released by end of next business day, 1 hour before end of next business day, I was asked for further documentation and then blocked completely off site, told to contact support who can't help because its a security team issue who you can not contact other than by email which no one seems to reply to other than an automated response, needless to say that after 3 weeks I haven't been paid, security team is not replying and customer support can't help me other than telling me its a security team issue and someone will contact me, wouldn't recommend anyone use this site, I've never had an issue with any other site and had wins close to 10k paid within hours without an issue
