As a lot of other posts say, this company will do anything to avoid paying out genuine wins.
They employ delay tactics at every turn. These include:
Waiting 24 hours after withdrawal requests to ask for documents.
Asking for more documents every 24 hours stating the 3 days they have to approve them starts afresh each time
Ignoring emails sent.
Asking for documents that have already been sent as if they haven't had them when they have.
& then when you finally get the message all the documents have been approved....go AWOL when you try to get your withdrawal money.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

11th May 24 Do not use this casino, absolutely appalling customer services. I deposited £2000 and when I realised that there was no blackjack I withdrew the money. I played for literally 10 mins then decided the site wasn’t for me. 24 hours later they are now asking for documents even though i didn’t play for more than 10 mins. I’ve just spoken with customer services telling me it will take 3 days to review the documents and further 24 hours to process my withdrawal. That’s almost a week!!! Highly recommend not playing here!!! Terrible terrible casino!!!
Just checked and my game play was 10 minutes. I won £3 only. Keep your £3 and give me my deposit back! Like others this is disgusting. You owe me £2000.

20th May 24 casino is still holding my money despite sending all required information and documents. They have now started asked for the same documents a second time. I sent them again and they still say they a reviewing. I can’t see any resolution to this so am reporting to the gambling commission.

Initial feedback great site selection of games ,although did seem to have technical error quite a bit ,,,I won a large amount of money on the 28th march so new it would take longer for withdrawal process due to Easter Bank Holidays, so allowed a few days over this,I had sent all relevant documents for verification which was processed within a couple of days ,,,but still no update on my account on withdrawal request so then I was starting to worry perhaps I've been scammed of my money especially after reading so many negative reviews! So at this point I chatted with adina who assured me everything was passed through to relevant department for processing and should be 1/2 buisness days ...3 days later nothing so I then went on the chat again this person also assured me it was with the correct department but had to allow time for withdrawal ,I said I understand this and I am happy to wait but when told a couple of times 1/2 days and nothing happening on account changes was still suspicious after reading reviews over and over .... But surprisingly later that even everything changed withdrawal was processed etc around half an hour later money was in my account ,so totally get everyone's circumstances are different but I cannot fault genie riches at all 😀

I was skeptical to sign up to genieriches as I had never heard of it before, either last year or the year before I got an email to sign up so I gave it a go.
Since then it’s not often I play but I have won 2 or 3 jackpots on the ones were they must be won before £500, £250 & £100.
Withdrawal times roughly 24hr maybe a bit less so it’s not the fastest I’ve used for withdrawals.
All in all I do enjoy popping the odd £15/£20 on here.

First withdrawal was fin and sorted within the time period and second withdrawal has been pending for over a week and the chat team seems very kind and plesent but the transaction team is ignoring them all and not processing my cash after 9 days they did eventually pay I do like the site but this is a huge drawback of no consistency on withdrawals

Do not and I mean do not sign up to this website under any circumstances, deposited 8 days ago, cashed out Tuesday morning then waited until Thursday for an email saying withdrawal failed I need to send documents sent all my documents instantly and got them verified, was told on the phone my money would be released the same day as I had already waited 2 days, it is now Tuesday a full 7 days later and they still have not released my funds, not a single person on there phones can string a full sentence together in clear English its like trying to talk to a toddler. Also take into account it takes 45 mins on hold to get through to one of these people, I'm guessing because of how many people are trying to get in touch for there money what they have rightfully won. I got told 4 days on the bounce it will be today and its been a week and still not a thing, I have been in the gambling/ gaming industry for over ten years and never come across anything like this in my life, they spam me with emails and texts deposit now deposit now while not releasing my money trying to get me to deposit more do not sign up to this site please, how they are allowed to get away with this is crazy, I have spoken to my solicitor and she has informed me to go to the newspapers as she has checked all the time frames and terms and conditions and confirmed the money should be in my account no issues, this day is now nearly over and still not a response on a email or a phonecall where some one can speak English, and before you think its to do with verification its not I have been fully verified 5 days they just want to take your money and then do everything they can to keep the money you win I will repeat one more time, DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SITE PLEASE

E-wallets such as PayPal may take a little longer, but generally within an hour.
Mastercard debit can be same day, but this will depend on who you bank with, it can take 2-4 working days.
In limited circumstances, withdrawals may be delayed, but only in instances where regulatory checks are required to verify a customer’s details.

I have rang every single day to be told the exact same words from different people that "it is been processed and should be within your account within 1 working day." Well where is my money then?
