Honest, fast and reliable service! Would give Gem Wholesale 7 stars if I could. I have bought many returns and clearance pallets from them and have never been disappointed. Their pre- and post sales customer service is outstanding. Moreover, the delivery has always been fast and manifests have always been accurate.

I am a regular buyer of return and graded products from Gem wholesale and find the quality of goods to be excellent and completely as described and expected. I recommend anyone buying for the first time to do their research first.

I have been buying of gem for quite some time now. The service and communication from them is fantastic, literally emails responded too within minutes. And the stock is always what I expect due to the information and the grading systems they state.

Great experience, efficient and helpful staff, accurate evaluations on items.

They have a strong approach too any complaints. As the say. It’s really about chance if there are items missing or broken . I hold my hand up and say I expected about 2. But got 8 items in my pallet non runner.gamble,,, I will buy again but not unknown pallets.i hope I have been fair also one item covered in mud.mmmm with covid about .there is a good saying if I dont learn the lesson it repeats itself . Lesson learnt,,!, I am a customer I don’t like giving personal information out I can give order number if you would like post code L38eb I expect the response with the mud is that’s the way the customer returned it. And yes there is know water in Wales tell me another one.too wash it my liverpool humor!!

I bought from Gemdiscounts years ago and this is now my first purchase.I didnt realise that the 1pm cut off was no longer in place but was politely informed the delivery would be a day later. To be fair they requested monday delivery but warned me that the official day was tuesday and it was up to the pallet company. Was advised it would not be monday and got confirmation on the tuesday that it would be delivered between 11 and 1pm. Well what can i say they were late it was 1.20pm when they got to me. delighted with the purchase i was a bit worried that they were listed as clearance footwear but all are new , clean no distressed boxes etc. All i have to do now is sell them then i can buy some more. Service from start to finish was escellent. Thank you

We received our first purchase last week. Delivery as stated within 2-3 days, delivery guy extremely pleasant and helpful placing the pallet just in front of our garage.
We had read all the small print beforehand and we knew that with a returns pallet that there would be some products faulty, damaged or with parts missing. This is clearly described on the website.Yes, some products were unsalvageable but some were like new. It really is a case of pot luck and if people don't want to risk that then they would be wise looking elsewhere. We are hoping to continue business with Gem Wholesale & are checking their stock everyday

They 100% know that they are scamming people and they say they hope people just read the bad re ones that are not on their website but on trust pilot a site that is not linked to them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Gem Wholesale sell return pallets that are of horrendous quality! 2 pallets I purchased were Very returns where EVERY item was broken or faulty. A smashed glass vase, 5 faulty Tommee Tippee machines, ripped trampolines, Smashed up bikes. Even worse is that I ordered a "GRADE1" watch carton which contained a £379 SMART watch that had the back smashed off and did not even turn on! They are selling returns that customers have had for months, go faulty or are seriously damaged and then returned to Retailers like Very and Amazon. They make a profit by selling pallets of useless, broken goods for £100's that are only good enough for a tip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THE GOODS AND THERE IS NO COMEBACK!!

Got my first order from Gem the other day genuine return items a good mix. A couple of bits weren't as listed but you have to expect this when dealing in returns.
I did get some clearence stock as well and its brand new great stuff

Ordered my first pallet from Gem which arrived earlier than expected - even during COVID-19. Ordered a pallet of 'returned electricals' most of which have been in full working order so far and only minor defects on others. Shows that the company are not 'sifting' the stock before making up pallets.

Happy to recommend and use again in the future.

I bought a pallet and 12 most expensive products from the pallet was missing, I have recived 130 pounds refund. the value of the missing product was around 1400 in a retail shop,and they said that the delivery company took my items why I signed for them, I had 248 product ,how should I check them all ? Advice: when you buy items from them check the pallet : at the end they said that they can’t do anything and their only advise was to not to buy anything In future:

Highly recommend Gem, their website is easy to use and to follow for stock updates, making a purchase is quick and simple. Orders are always shipped very quickly and arrive equally as quick, you can rely on them to get it to you next day if you pay for it. Staff are always helpful and friendly whatever you may need.

The stock grading system is very fair and is also priced fairly too, much better than some competitors. Stock availability is good and there is always a wide range of products to choose from and it is updated regularly. We've purchased both brand new clearance stock and returns from Gem and find it perfect for re-sale online or in store.

Don't listen to the horror stories of people who don't know what they're doing and complain about the condition of the graded stock they've purchased, you will always receive exactly what you pay for but there's always some element of risk with untested returns.

Fantastic staff with great communication. Always worth a trip for the wide variety of stock. Also very fair grading system for pallets compared to some others we have purchased from. Definitely recommended!
