Pretty, quirky Jewellery at a great price.
I love all the jewellery I have bought from Gemondo. The quality is great and the style a little different. This purchase was for the rainbow sunburst stud earrings in sterling silver. Very pretty and catch the light well so they sparkle. I would recommend Gemondo to anyone looking for pretty and quirky jewellery at a great price.

My ring is faulty
My ring is faulty. Gemondo said that as I took it to another jeweller that the warranty is void. How am I supposed to know a ring is faulty if it's not assessed? That's $1,000 to me and Gemondo has washed their hands of it. Not even an independent assessment from them. True nature of a company is how they deal with issues. I won't be dealing with them again.

Hi, thank you for your review, as we discussed our policy states that the warranty on our products is voided if a third party unauthorised agent is used for repairs. This is to protect our customers as well as our reputation as we cannot be assured of the materials/ quality of the work used in repairs without prior vetting or assessment of the product ourselves.
