That company has an identical website which is a scam !!!
I purchase the ring, my money was taken and there was no answer.
Eventually, I wrote on the customer service email and they inform me that it's a copied, scam site and they can't do anything about my purches.
Funny enough a few weeks later and Gemondo still didn't deal with the fake site knowing (approving) about its egzistance.

I ordered a ring for my granddaughters twenty first birthday. It arrived within two days and I was absolutely delighted with the ring. It was everything I hoped it would be. I ordered another ring shortly after and was equally delighted and would look on your site first if I need anything else Thank you Gemondo.

I got this bangle for the anniversary of my first asking my now wife out 25 years ago, I gave it to her on Saturday and on Sunday one of the stones had fallen out, not very good for something that was so expensive. I emailed customer services on Sunday and early Monday morning Crystal had replied and sent a link to return the bangle, there is nothing worst than having a faulty item and getting no response for the supplier, luckily Gemodo is not one of them

In a few months time it will be our thirtieth wedding anniversary, our Pearl Wedding and I wanted something pearl for my wife. I looked at rings but saw nothing ai liked then I saw Germondos and a pair of freshwater pearl earrings. They are reasonably priced, attractive and the pearls are perfectly matched in size, shape and colour. The setting is in excellent proportion to the pearls and compliments them beautifully, I am very pleased with them and I am sure my wife will be too. They arrived within a couple of days from ordering in a discreet package with a nice presentation box inside, a really nice and unexpected surprise. Overall very happy with this jeweller.

This is the first time I have bought jewellery from Gemondo and I am very pleased. The bracelet is just as expected. So pretty and delicate and can’t wait to wear it once the weather warms up! Super fast delivery and beautifully presented. Ethically sourced gemstones and Jewellery are of utmost importance to me. I saw cheaper versions of this particular bracelet ( although nowhere near as nice) but resisted. Good fair price for such a beautiful piece of jewellery.

Package arrived completely soaked, smelled bad and was falling apart. The necklace was intact but there is a small scratch in the stone. Still beautiful but had I known this would happen I wouldn't have ordered it.

Paid extra for gift wrapping and was Packaged beautifully, arrived on time and had tracking available so knew when it was coming, lovely necklace exactly what I wanted, made a gorgeous gift, would happily use them again for future purchases

I ordered a necklace for Mother's day. On opening it, it turned out to be a ring - completely the wrong product sent. I had to waste time returning this as well as having the disappointment of the wrong item on the day.
On complaining to Gemondo the assured me the correct item would be sent out "tomorrow". When after a week I still hadn't received this I contacted them again to receive the reply that sorry, it's out of stock now.

So, over two weeks after my original order with much faff for me to sort out and chase, I have no product, disappointed children who couldn't give Mummy her present and a very bad impression of this company. My advice - avoid and go to a proper jewellers!

The square aquamarine ring is a ravishing beautiful ring. I like the quality and the price is very good. The correspondent and delivery was quick and effective. I would highly recommend.

The necklace was lovely but the photo was misleading in that the pendant was very small and in my opinion was not reflected as the right size. Do check measurements in text before upu buy.
