Pedido Cancelado y Sin Reembolso: Casi un Mes Esperando - Order Canceled, No Refund: Nearly a Month Waiting
Compré un producto en esta tienda online y, aunque hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta de inmediato, luego me informaron que no tenían el producto y que cancelarían mi pedido. Me dijeron que harían el reembolso a mi tarjeta, pero después de **tres semanas** de espera, no había recibido el dinero. Después de múltiples intentos de contacto, me pidieron un número de cuenta bancaria, lo cual me pareció innecesario y sospechoso ya que el pago original fue con tarjeta. Ahora, **casi un mes** después de la compra, todavía no han devuelto mi dinero. No quiero pensar que son timadores, pero a estas alturas es lo que parece. No recomiendo comprar en esta tienda.
UPDATE: el 3 de septiembre he recibido la devolución a mi cuenta No a mi tarjeta. Sigo sin recomendar comprar en esta tienda.
I made a purchase from this online store, and although they charged my card immediately, they later informed me that they didn’t have the product and would cancel my order. They promised to refund my card, but after **three weeks** of waiting, I still hadn’t received the money. After multiple attempts to contact them, they asked for a bank account number, which seemed unnecessary and suspicious since the original payment was made with a card. Now, **almost a month** after the purchase, they still haven't refunded my money. I don’t want to think they’re scammers, but that’s how it seems at this point. I do not recommend buying from this store.
UPDATE: On September 3rd I received the refund to my account No to my card. I still do not recommend buying from this store.

Buenos días, tenemos entendido que el reembolso se efectuó hace unos días.
El reembolso se realizó a la vuelta de nuestras vacaciones de verano. Estábamos cerrados como también se indica en la página web.
No es nuestra costumbre retener el dinero de los clientes.
En cuanto nuestra colega regresó de sus vacaciones, se encargó de ello.
Nos envió el IBAN el 28 de agosto y el reembolso se efectuó el 2 de septiembre.
