Damaged product received - support helped to fix the damage
UPDATE Oct 21, 2025:
They replied the next day to let me know they will be sending the required parts at no additional cost. I'm not sure if the original negative review had anything to do with it but I commend their efforts at rectifying the situation.
I've received the them now and it's what we needed to put the equipment in to service.
I've deducted one star as the whole process took much longer than expected but at least it's now resolved.

I ordered an ice maker and it wasn't packaged well which resulted in it getting damaged during shipping. They told me I should have refused the shipment but I wasn't there when it was delivered (and I was not notified of exact delivery time). So it's unreasonable to expect to me to be there to refused it.
They offered to ship replacement parts so I can repair it but now they are not replying. I see numerous other reviews with similar complaints. I should have checked, lesson learned. I don't recommend them.

DO not buy from this company! We bought a defective product and was unable to return, repair or refund! FedEx insisted that we should return to them but they have been totally uncooperative and aggressive.
