Gardeners Corner have a huge rang of products, everything you could possibly want and more. Their website is easy to navigate and description of the products is extensive and informative. The review's looked great, and I was so impressed that I ordered a full range of products. Out of all the items I have ordered only one has been delivered so far and it was the wrong item. They did arrange to have a courier pick up the wrong item and to have the correct item sent. Due to their delay in filling my order, they have now told me that part of my order is no longer available as they are out of stock. This was not the case when I first place the order. They also advised that the rest of my order was being processed and dispatched. It has now been over two weeks since I have paid for the item's with nothing to show for it. Just goes to show that if it looks too good to be true, it is. At least they respond back when there's been issues with the order. Now over four weeks has passed since placing my order and they still have not been able to send the last of it undamaged. I've asked for a refund on two occasions and they insist on sending a replacement. As well they have refused to give me my first time customer order discount and said I can use it on my next order. I will not be using them again due to the unbelievable hassle this has been.

I highly recommend this company, their service and customer support are second to none, they are extremely friendly and very helpful. Smooth sailing from start to finish. Easy five stars. Thanks very much =)

Very poor, go elsewhere. Paid for express delivery and it has been almost 2 weeks and not everything has arrived. Still not sent all items and when I complained they questioned me saying they should be there as if I was making it up. I was told that they would send the missing ‘fast’ clips but it’s has been a week and they have not arrived. Silencer was slightly damaged too as it was poorly packed. Poor all round, expected better. I will complain again hopefully I will get my clips or I will ask the credit card company to get a refund. Really, go elsewhere :(

Ordered a few 1.8m 68kg heavy duty rope ratchets with caribiners via ebay. Received, 1.3m 5kg lightweight with cheap plastic hooks! I cannot think of a single use for these that a piece of string wouldn't do better! When asked for return and refund I was told returning the items wasn't cost effective and to keep them... However they only offered 15% refund because the items they don't want back are in my possesion! Totally messed me around and told 'porkys'! I had to open a dispute with ebay to get refund!

Instead of just putting something in place so this doesn't happen again... why won't you HELP ME NOW! I'm disabled with no access to a printer, cannot get to a post office anyway... and you still refuse to send a courier to collect the items 'YOU DON'T WANT BACK'!!! You seem to be abusing ebays policies to STEAL from a disabled person! Disabled people use internet shopping so they don't have to leave home. Pretty pointless concept when a seller makes a BIG mistake and demands the disabled person to go out and correct it for them! Or is purely just about stealing my money knowing I can't correct YOUR mistake for you!

UPDATE:

The website sales took control of the issue and did refund me.. so fair play to them. I have upped my rating accordingly. (The nightmare was caused by their ebay shop)
