Welch Fencing Reviews 

Had a price given for 25 fence posts, 24 gravel boards and 24 panels, with delivery of £90 approx. Gave to customer which they duly accepted, by the following day delivery had gone up to £241 with no prior warning this would happen.

Was told it was due to the winter sale ending, but again no warning so I could prior warn customer or make it a priority.

Phoned to attempt mitigation but there was absolutely no budging on this.

Disappointed as had hoped to make my new go to for fencing, but sudden price changes without warning is a no go.

Ordered new fencing after the storm last week. The price was the best I could find, even including the delivery. I was told the delivery would be between 11am and 1 pm today. Sure enough 11am it arrived very efficient service. Well done Welch Fencing.👏👏👏

Reasonably priced panels and pleasantly surprised at the good quality. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite, courteous and helpful. Would definitely buy from them again.

So pleased I found this company when looking for gravel boards. The price and the boards were excellent and as for the delivery driver- a lovely manner and an absolute artist with both the lorry and the unloading crane. Thankyou

Got my order this morning of 16 new fence panels .the service is fabulous ,the driver was really nice man very polite and nothing was too much trouble ,he took great pride in his work and is an asset to the company .as for my new panels i am over the moon with the quality, i would say you can not find better for the price you pay .I will be buying more in the future absolute 5star service and product .I saved over £100 buying with welch fencing .

Just took delivery of concrete gravel boards from this company. Great quality goods at a great price. The delivery guy was absolutely brilliant and could not do enough to please the customer.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. Arrived early, delivery man put them at side of house for me without being asked . Others would just dump on drive. Will definitely buy again and recommend without hesitation.

I ordered a few gravel boards/concrete post and fences ,i have to say the delivery was on time,the driver was very understanding and did try to leave everything as close as possible to my garden

For the cost i paid the quality of gravel board and post is very good, there were 3 gravel board which were chipped but the staff from welch managed to sort this out for me

Got the posts and panel delivered to watford no problems with the order. They Delivered on time and I found it a great service will be ordering from again when delivering out side Preston.

Whilst the price is competitive BEWARE of how your order is delivered. The customer service is AWFUL. I received an email advising delivery would be either Thursday or Friday and would be contacted by phone. This was not the case! I came home from work to find the order (fence panels, concrete gravel boards and posts placed on my drive), causing great inconvenience, as cannot now park cars on the drive until I physically move the goods to my back garden... where there is plenty space & access for the order to be delivered. It appears providing a mobile number means NOTHING! They will not phone you as it appears this is too difficult to do!!!! I rang the Company and spoke to the receptionist to complain and she promised to ring me back that afternoon! Needless to say... I am still waiting for the call!

Unless you have Samson's strength... I don't and now have to ask for help to walk the entire order round to my easily accessible back garden... DO NOT use them. I WOULD NOT recommend using this firm! Find a company that can use a mobile phone and know how to communicate with their customers and do not just off load your order, causing huge inconvenience.

I would suggest Welch review their delivery methods and contact the customer to prevent this happening to someone else.

Just been woken this morning by a Welch and sons lorry with crane delivering materials to my neighbour's at 6:45! The lorry's are branded Welch and Sons but they are in fact Welch fencing. If you want to deal with a money grabbing company then use Welch fencing. They clearly have no regard for people and so in return I'd have no regard for them so avoid like the plague.
