Excellent service ..ordered remote for garage door but could'nt get to work with my door using all the intructions that came with remote plus various ones off the internet.
One phone call and not only got right way to do it with my system also got to download a manual for my system..once again thanks for all the help.

We were referred to Garage Door Parts by AluRoll, as we needed a replacement bottom seal for our roller door.

Within minutes of enquiring about the right seal for our door, I had a reply pointing me to a page with a selection of seals, including the correct one, which was delivered quickly after ordering.

I couldn't work out how to fit the seal, as there was no obvious way to get to the end of the channel to slide it into, so I emailed again for some words of wisdom and had a reply within a few minutes, with the advice I needed.

Excellent customer service experience. Wrong part was ordered by my mistake. Not realised until 3 weeks after delivery. Issue raised and GDL customer service helped identify right part, accepted return for replacement after new order placed. Unnecessary waste avoided. Thank you to GDL!

I ordered a remote fob with CR2016 batteries - came quickly as expected. What I didn't expect was to receive instructions on how to code this up. Which i thought was a lovely touch - good customer service.

I purchased a remote control handset for my garage door to replace two lost ones. Accidently deleted all sensors when programming the new one. Garage Door Parts were really helpful with helping me solve the problem, repeatedly going back to their engineer with my questions. All now working, thanks for your help.

GDP come highly recommended after responding quickly to an electrical fault on my garage door. Their diagnosis was spot on and the replacement control ribbon proved to be easy to fit. The part was less than £20 after the initial supplier/installation company quoted over £200. Their agent in Customer Care was a pleasure to deal with and I can fully recommend them to others in need of help.

My old electric roller garage door started making horrible noises and i found a broken bearing end. Several quotes obtained for a new door ££££. Decided to google and came across this site. Found the part needed and confirmed with them it would fit before I ordered. With a bit of work, I now have a functioning door again!! The part arrived promptly and im very happy and so is my bank balance
