Paid for Elden ring key passed more than two hours later they hadn't sent in that time I emailed them three times. Very poor service and delivery of product would not recommend.

Code error because of my MS account!

I have ordered Cyberpunk 2077 from this store (order 3519484), the code arrived in a 1-2 hour time frame and i found out that it was a restricted code to Argentina region.

First time i have tried to activate the game code using Urban VPN set to Argentina, but code was not working neither - receiving a code not found error (CatalogSkuDataNotFound).

Until few more try, i saw that the problem was from my MS/XBox account, because it was set to my native country Romania and since my country it is not supported by XBox, after i've changed country location to UK from my Microsoft account, and after i set again Urban VPN to Argentina, the code now was accepted and activated without any problems.

I've gave them only 4/5 stars because they did not specify that the code was region locked.

I bought a key from their store because…

I bought a key from their store because they were the only ones having one available. I was a bit doubting if the game would be installable, as the key they offered was a DVD key. Luckily, they provided the original DVDs as virtual images and coded a setup routine that would:

A) Check the bought DVD key for validation

B) Extract the all setup files from the 3 DVD images offered, run the installer of the game itself, afterwards, downloading never components than delivered with the original games' installer to ensure the game will run in Windows 10 and 11.
(Because the DVD images were from the Russian release, they provided a jpg with instructions what to click in the Russian setup shipped with the game.)

Once installed, and ran, found out the game itself was in English.

They quite put some offer into getting a 2009 Games For Windows Live DVD key installed without its DVDs and make it run in modern Windows 10 / 11 installations!
Quite impressed!

Also, the order came with a free bundle of Steam codes for 3 small games for free. As I could see in the review of customers in this shop of the free bundle, the Steam keys for game Overcast - Walden and the Werewolf were keys already used in another Steam account. So instead of keaving my bad review of this product myself, I decided to email support asking to send me an unused key for the game instead. I got a reply the next morning stating that they can't as the publisher is no more so they have no way of cvontacting them requesting a new valid key for me. Instead they offered to send me a random Steam key free of charge, nice! :)

It's a total scam

It's a total scam, they don't tell you that you need to fake your VPN to redeem your key, and then, when you do it, the key doesn't work. After that, I reclaimed to Paypal my money, them the scammers contacted with me and they want to connect to my computer by Teamviewer (I'm not joking) to "resolve my problem". Did they think I'm a completely idiot?

False Item description, hidden region lock, not good customer service

I bought a copy of cyberpunk 2077 on this website, making sure to check that it did not say a specific region on the listing (have had trouble activating codes in the past), so then no region lock was mentioned so i, as anyone would, assume it is global code.

after reciveing the code i go to activate it and it does not work, i then recieve an email from gamingdragons telling me to use a VPN that they link (sounds like advertising deal), as the code is argentinian.

i download this VPN and then i needed to enter my payment details for a free trial to access argentina servers, I complained about this to their customer support who said that I was lying to them, and that i did not need to enter my payment information anywhere.

After getting little to no useful response from them, they tell me to download teamviewer so i can show them the issue (after I sent them a link to the pricing page of the VPN showing argentina as a premium location)

It is ridiculous to expect someone to download a VPN (the code was for Xbox anyway, why would i need to activate it on my PC as they asked) to install a game because they falsely advertise their product and do not mention that it is region locked. Their website had no indication of this at all until after purchase

I eventually got it working after they made me download an entirely different web browser which the VPN worked better on, but this was all way more work than it should have been to type a code into a box

would not reccommend to anyone, I would use a site like CDkeys, g2a, eneba, eBay etc instead as they have all been more reliable and gotten good responses in the past from them

Didn't get my Steam Key

Requested a Stardew Valley Steam Key - got GOG-yopmail account instead.
So I asked for Stardew Valley and chose Steam as a platform on which I wanted to play the game. I was expecting to get a Steam CD key to redeem it there and PLAY it there.
Meanwhile I received a YOPmail account and password to log in on GOG Galaxy (???) to be able to install the game from a setup.
Wasted €9.42 for nothing. Moreover, their support hasn't replied to my review and deleted my ticket.
Must be a scam and a shady company.

Sketchy AF

After about 11 hours after your purchase they'll ask you for a full picture of you pass port or some other visual identification to confirm that it is indeed you who made the purchase, I personally didn't complete this step and am now looking for a refund but I don't think I really need to point out how sketchy that is as they have you input you full address right after you make your account so at that point the have your full name, your phone number, your email address, a copy of your passport and your card number.

I'd stay away at all costs.
