Not transparent about what they sell.
Wanting me to use vpn for Argentenan game with no mention when buying it.
Nasty and arrogant in emails.
Opened paypal case.
Said they will refund but they have not so far.
I think paypal will sort it in the end.

I was told I would get my pre order on the 28th oct 2022 when the game is released (MW2 2022) and still no sign of it I’ve contacted support and they don’t respond back waste of £69

Sent invalid code, promised refund in 48hrs but honesty isn't one of their strong points. Poor service would never use again.

Ordered a key and it never came, contacted the seller but no response. Thankfully I got a refund through PayPal almost immediately since apparently their rep is bad enough that PayPal will auto refund any purchases from here. Don’t even waste your time and avoid this site.

Absolutely terrible company. Sell region locked keys with no information prior to payment. Luckily I bought through PayPal. The companies only correspondence was them asking me to contact them direct rather than through PayPal after I raised a claim against them. After that they didn't even defend themselves or reply to anything. Got my refund via PayPal at the maximum time frame. Please use another keyshop rather than these absolute clowns.

Purchased Battlefield 1 for Xbox, they sent me a code which said Battlefield 1943 on the image of the code. The code was not 25 characters, which Xbox codes are.

Contacted them, heard nothing. Disputed the transaction with PayPal and like magic they contact me. They suggested they will help me redeem my code, which is mental, why would I want to redeem a code for the wrong game, anyway they would do this but, I would need to close the PayPal dispute first, which is a massive red flag, why would I tell PayPal the problem is resolved when it isn't.

Anyway, they continued with request and even tried to blame me as I shouldn't have disputed the claim without contacting them first.

Stay clear, scammers for sure.

Worst site ever I got a key that wasn't told what region to redeem and when I went to redeem it. It said it was the wrong region when I told the site in detail they acted like I said nothing and a where like you Accessed it what is the issue they are a scam and should be shut down

One of the worse sites for key's i have ever visited.

What made it worse than the locked region key they gave me, they would not help me activate the key as i had an open case with PayPal.

The customer support was awful and downright insulting.

Watch out! They sell cheap games that are region locked. This means that you would need a VPN (they advertise one - Urban VPN Extension for Google Chrome). After you download the VPN you change the country to Argentina and go to redeem.microsoft.com. Your Microsoft Account needs to be on a region that is supported - meaning that the countries where Microsoft does not provide the service would not work. So I advise you to change your Microsoft Account region to UK (also watch out for Microsoft because for some reason they change it back depending on where you play from). After you changed the region go to VPN and change location to Argentina and activate your code at redeem.microsoft.com.

Payed for a game and got no key

24+ hours later nothing... emailing with the useless support. I am still waiting for the refund.....

Scammed after payment for a Rimworld bundle. Zero product, zero customer service support. 100% Scammed. Currently in talks with my bank to redeem my money.

Scammers sell a region locked key and try to force you to use a VPN and alter your account settings (which is against TOS of Sony/Microsoft)
Refuse to give refund.

I bought a game, but as I tried to redeem it said the code had already been redeemed. I contacted the support and they helped me quite fast to get a new code. I was skeptical, but it worked.

There are pirate versions available for purchase on "Gaming Dragons" (Silent Hill 2 & 3), which can be downloaded for free from "Myabandonwere"! I know because I bought in these "dragons" myself and I feel like a moron! Don't buy there - they are scammers!!!

Terrible experience. They sell region restricted game codes and try to get you to use VPN (which is not mentioned anywhere).
The "buyer protection" package is a waste of money too. Only after engaging with Paypal support I got refunded (by Paypal, not by GD). Fun Fact: they tried to convince me it would take ages if I would engage with Paypal Support. It took a few hours for Paypal to decide, so do not hesitate to contact them if your in trouble.
So all in all: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! YOU WILL GET UNUSABLE GOODS AND THEN TRY KEEPING YOUR MONEY

Bought Sea of Thieves to play with my friends. They described their licence as global, when trying to activate I find out it is geolocked to America. The answer to my support request was instructions how to use a VPN service to pretend another location.

Their businessmodel seems to be actively circumvent georestrictions and sell you licences that are sold cheaper in poorer countries because otherwise they wouldn't sell there.

My biggest problem with that is me being expected to install 3rd party software, and being told after my purchase.

Bought a game from them, couldn't find the code so I contacted their support and they got back to me within 2 minutes and told me to check my spam folders so I did, and there it was. It was however geo locked to Argentina but I used a VPN that I knew had a Argentina server connected and downloaded the game.
The VPN they suggested did not work however, so I did have to find another. Overall great customer service and code was received within 1 hour of purchase. Make sure you check your spam folder when ordering from them 👍
