Best meal preps

I’ve tried a few meal prep companies but this is by far the best one. It’s so convenient when I work late nights and I can just pop it in the microwave, there so tasty as well! Would highly recommend

I love this place so much. If you love healthy food, there is no better place to go. I've been craving Mediteranean Falafel and Cous Cous for the past three days. I think this is the best Cous Cous I've ever eaten.

Meals are always delivered on time.
Meals are always delicious and love the fact you can see all macros.
Will never go anywhere else - have tried many other prep companies but this one has been by far the best! All meals have been tasty and i have not got bored at all!

Also just a little shout out to Leigh Anne as she helped so much last week as I’d messed up my order .. and was totally my fault but we managed to sort it so thank you!

I have enjoyed every meal I have had! Having these pre made meals delivered has really helped me from steering towards a takeout because I don’t know what to cook or can’t be bothered! Highly recommend!

Im a director of two companies and my time is very limited. Gainz Kitchen have given me wide range of healthy food options delivered to my door. I normally loose time on not only preparing my food but actual shopping for food. As a director i find my self being needed to be split in to two sometimes and Gainz have helped me feel more comfortable with getting my clean eating in which gives me more time at work but also more time on an evening to fit in those training sessions

I've had two weeks worth of food, out of a 12 week order now. Food is really nice. I'm not a big lover of fish but I know I need to get some oily fish in my diet and Gainz have made it easy for me to do that. The meals are very tasty and delivered to my door with no hassle.

DPD delivered, which is a great delivery service for tracking and time slots etc.

In a whole I look forward to my meals. Considering upping my meals off Gainz, from two meals a day to three meals a day.

The team have kept in touch, making sure everything has been a success regards delivery and quality. Couldn't ask for more.
Emails to remind me to make my choice of food for the following week. Its great will definitely be ordering again.

If your looking for healthy and delicious meals I would advise ordering from here! They deliver across the nation! Very little time consuming if you live a busy life.

I've been using Gainz meal preps for about 2 years . Always found them very helpful and any problems that have occurred were sorted quickly. The meals have got better and better and as a result I'd certainly recommend them. I'll definitely be continuing to order from Gainz. 😎👍

I paid for 2 weeks supply of 15 meals a week. First week I only received 7 of the 15 meals and the CEO blamed DPD for loosing the parcel. Still not refund for this. The 2nd delivery I received 14 of the 15 meals. Stay away.

There website also claims that have ‘excellent’ rating on trustpilot. Obviously they don’t.
