Delicious and quick. Prep By Gainz tailor my meals for my pescatarian dietary requirements. The meals look and taste delicious and take a few minutes to cook. Using its meal prep has helped me maintain a nutritious healthy diet even when I have a busy lifestyle - its fab!

The best meal prep I’ve used to date and I’ve had plenty, loads of food, always well seasoned and loads of flavour. They helped balance my Macros and supported calorie specific meals too… I’m quite fussy and have a couple of small allergies, nothing was a problem, team were super helpful, delivery was quick and reliable, the best around. Amazing.

Never experienced a bad meal from gainz. Food is always excellent and the portion sizes are always packed. If its prep meals you are looking for this is the place to go because not only is it a great time saver, it tastes delicious

Absolutely amazing meals on the go or when you aren’t up to making tea! My personal favourite is the jerk chicken and chicken fajita I cannot fault any of the meals I have had. 10/10

I’ve been a Gainz customer for a while now. It’s convenient, well priced and the quality of the food is exceptional!

After having such a positive experience with them I decided to incorporate gainz meals with my personal training clients who don’t want the hassle of cooking and but need healthy, great tasting meals on the go. They all enjoy the variety of food and the macros work perfectly for those clients on stricter diets.

They’re a fantastic company all round and I would highly recommend.

Food is amazing, never had a bad meal. Delivery is fast and on time would never order meal preps from anywhere else ! Definitely a 5 star rating.

Started to use Gainz for meal preps over the past couple of weeks after trying other meal prep company’s Gainz has to be the best one. The meals are always delicious and presented perfectly I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you

I’ve ordered from Gainz for over 2 months.
Overall:
-Convenient, but the quality of service and food do not justify the price
Bad:
-Food often arrived leaked, sometimes with the lid not properly sealed
-On 1 or 2 occasions, my order was substituted with something else
-Customer service made lots of empty promises. Dedicated support person on WhatsApp is great, but none of the promises they made (e.g partial refund) never happened
-Food quality differed from one week of another. I kept ordering the jerk chicken, but the cut changed from thigh to breast weekly. Food also started developing a fermented smell and taste after about day 3
-Macros were inaccurate. I calculated the calories using the protein, fat, and carb numbers. Calculated calories were about 10-30 cal lower/higher across the board
