I moved from Nitrado to gportal as I found their support system more user friendly and the servers rarely, if ever, go down.
I had to send a ticket today as I had a problem with my server (probably game side, The Isle, what's new huh?).
I doubt I'll use any other game hosting site from now on.

Good support, they always ready to help, even if you forget to cancel they give you a refund

My family has used GPORTAL to host Dune Awakening. We have experienced frequent server outages which prevent us from playing (roughly once per week). We frequently have to manually restart the server; this helps about half of the time. The other half of the time, we have to wait a day or two for the GPORTAL admin team to fix something.

My experience of G-Portal is that every time I host a server or 3 I rarely have issues if I need help I write a ticket in and literally they respond very quick sounds crazy but they're amazing please give them a try worth the investment

Fair pricing (especially from Australia), solid support service and a stable server, couldn't ask for more really.

I had an issue with my server failing to start. I contacted their support team and they had my server up and running not to long after that. Thank you for the quick responses and the help.

Game servers typically aren't that expensive. I've had issues with servers and the customer service is very quick to react on a ticket and helped get my server back up within an hour or two

been using these guys since 2025 September roughly and started on Icarus and played for a few months and now playing vein. love the slot system (basically the number of slots are for people playing but the more you add the more servers you can host instead of 1 at a time) it truly helps when flopping back and forth between games and trying other new games out and definitely helps with not stressing your pc out plus its so easy to set up and if you need help they answer back pretty quickly or there discord will help as well. there will be issues you will run into time to time with server being worked on or game updates just gotta be patient with it but lot of the time works great and no issues

Support is super responsive and knowledgeable. The wiki is genuinely useful. The interface is stoopid easy.

Very new to server renting but so far the experience has been great. I'm enjoying learning about console commands but I wish that it was more obvious you needed a Steam ID to be able to connect. Thank you

I was experiencing issues logging into my dedicated server. I contacted support and Bo_g was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me to resolve the issue. Very fast replies too which I appreciate

service was okay, UI is good enough, customer service was combative, didn't take accountability for issues, and didn't do a good job explaining the different type of Dune Awakening server types, which caused a lot of frustration for me and my friends. I do not recommend their service.

Poor customer services and this is from a 3 year customer. Now I see they've added a upgrade option for the customer service....so what was already a poorly ran system you can pay to use and maybe get the proper service a customer deserve...what a rip off

I've been hiring G-Portal servers on and off for a few years now for myself and a couple of friends and I've always found the server to be stable and easy to configure. I've rarely had to contact support and the one time I did they were fast replying and helping. I've used Nitrado in the past and the comparision with G-Portal is miles better, much smoother servers, less downtime, no lag and pricing is similar. If you're looking for a stable and not overpriced server give G-Portal a try.

I needed access to an expired online server, which contained the Valheim world that my brothers and I had build over the past 3 years. The fact that the subscription ran out was clearly our mistake, but losing our collective world would have been devastating. A quick, simple, and sympathetic response from bo_g gave me access to download our server, so we can re-upload our world once we all have time again. Thank you!

Bought a server, they couldn't run the new patch of PZ. Tried to refund and they told me "were sorry we can't refund you" Would never use them again. If I would have chose a different platform I would be able to play the game right now with friends. i'm out 115 $ for nothing.
