Great prices, good service, decent support.
G-Portal has great prices and a wide range of titles to offer. In most cases everything goes off without a hitch and you've got a cheap and easy server up and running in minutes.
When there's a hiccup their support team is decent (though not super fast). Based in Idaho I've still had better luck with their Los Angeles "Gameclouds" than the closer an lower-ping Dallas, TX "Gameclouds".
Generally a good service that I'll likely continue to use.

Don't get me wrong their user interface is super easy to use and allows you to customize every little setting your heart desires. (Real ark players will know that the game sometimes needs a lot of this customization to make things like egg incubation less of a nightmare) BUT once you get everything the way you like it and hop into the server you and your friends payed for... ya realize that the ping is like minimum 60, spiking at 80, 90 and often over 100. This means everything you do happens about 2 full seconds after you press the button, which can be very annoying. They shouldn't even have these on the market in my opinion. Who wants to use a buggy ARK server? Just go rent a 10GB Ram one from Apex Hosting, the UI sucks but they're smooth as butter.

Cant say i would recommend gportal at all, i had two issues. One where i couldn't join my deadside server, neither could my players. Two an issue with there ticket system not working. but after a while i cancelled the server as i wasn't getting any response to my email on saturday and i didnt want to pay for a game server that was not working. until today where i get a response from roberto "the server has been cancelled, that's why you can't join" so not only did he disregard my whole email about both the deadside issue and the ticket system issue, He didn't even mention anything about my ticket system issue, he didn't take into fact that maybe i cancelled it because i wasn't getting a response and it was cancelled after i submitted that email. unbelievable.
