Used this company for the first time to buy some HDMI cables. After seaching for cables, decided to go for Audioquest Pearl. Looked at reviews for sellers and went to Futureshop. Ordered on-line. Great comms and the leads arrived the next day

Recurrent buyer, the better webshop for accessories and other tidbits. Wouldn’t be fair to state otherwise

Great service, very friendly staff who take time to talk to you. The are very knowledgeable about their range of products which isn't something you can say about many other retailers. I have ordered from Future Shop five times over the last two years and the items have been delivered within 48 hours every time. Keep up the good work.

I ordered an item from Futureshop that was described as in stock. As it turns out it wasn't. On two occasions I have tried to order from Futureshop and on both occasions exactly the same thing has happened - an item described as being in stock isn't. This wouldn't be an issue except they are refusing to acknowledge that I have now cancelled the order. Their desperation to hold onto my money is pathetic.

My order was currently out of stock, I was for free upgraded to a better item, only 3 days later I recieved my upgraded order (from UK to Denmark). VERY GOOD and QUICK SERVICE. I'll be back!! :-)

Placed an order over the weekend. Went to pay but their website/payment said there was an issue with my card and to try another one. Contacted the bank only to be told the payment has been referred and is waiting for the merchant to respond. Futureshop say no money has been taken and it's my banks fault.
Hopefully will get my money back soon, but will not be using or recommending them in future.

I've bought a few speaker cables from Futureshop, and one of them came with a minor flaw, it was out of phase. I contacted Futureshop and emailed with a guy called Adam. He asked me to ship it back to the UK (i live in Denmark). Futureshop refunded the cost. I know the law says they have to, but how many companies do you know, who actually do that?? A week after sending it off, i had the cable back. That's fast imo.

Major kudos for a company with great products, great prices, and seldom seen customer service. Highly recommended!

Brilliant company, bought a few items from them over the last 18 months (Wireworld 6 and 7 Ultra violet HDMI cables, QED reference aerial cables).

I was looking for award winning hifi cables but didn't find in my town. Then I stumble this online shop offering quality products meeting my needs. The delivery and paying options looked good as well. Within 5 working days I received my packet (it was an EU delivery). Fine products, correct administration, quick delivery: recommended to anyone.

the service was great ! fast with good communication. The site is easy to navigate and i'm sure you will find all you want and need there.... Delivery and packaging was first class on all orders placed and to my surprise came the very next day.... this outfit is highly recommendable and a joy to deal with ...simply put it does what it says on the tin figuratively speaking of course.

bought 2 x AudioQuest Pearl HDMI Cable 1m (Pearl HDMI 1m). came within 2 days these cables give an great picture the sevice was excellent .

Futureshop met through HT forum (website specializing in technology) here in Brazil and I could really see that the shop is full of cables for audio and video. despite being very well attended got a review: QED bought the Y adapter (Y-SW) to SUBWOOFER terminal and the female does not have a precise fit, your gauge is smaller than the pin cable male RCA SW VAN DEN HUL, then gets a little loose. finally put a tape to not embarrass the Y cable CABLE CAR.
