I contacted Hezron Duhaney
Customer & Technical Service | Future Shop regarding my proposed purchase of an HDMIArc cable to connect my Sony Bravia TV to my Arcam delta 290 amplifier, via Fosi ZD3 Dac, he talked me through some options and I settled on the Forest 48 model.
On receiving cable I installed it but could not get a signal after contacting Hezron again he gave me full instructions and everything worked fine, the improvement in audio was amazing . This is the 2nd purchase made from Future Shop each time receiving amazing service , quick delivery and great after service. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Remove the option of cheap non-original connectors for the cable
I believe that when you buy a cable, it should be sold with the original connectors as intended by the manufacturer. Including cheaper options as an option is a bad idea, as this will lead to the customer simply throwing money away without receiving the required quality.

The alternative plugs are optional not substitutes and are carefully selected by our technical team based on performance, build quality, and value. In many cases, these alternatives perform as well as or better than the manufacturer’s own terminations, while allowing customers to enjoy higher performance at a more accessible price point.
Our aim is always to give customers informed choice whether that’s the manufacturer’s plugs or our equivalent or higher-spec options and never to compromise on quality. We test and use all the products we sell to ensure every option we list meets a high performance standard.

Good cable, quick delivery
Good cable, nicely cut/trimmed and quickly delivered. In particular, the cheaper 4 wire installation cable that I ordered for a subwoofer is beautifully trimmed and heat shrink wrapped.

Incredible step up from Chord C Line. 4 days delay for the burn in, then arrived the next day. Great price. I've used Futureshop previously and will again.

Problems with old HDMI cable, with new TV
I'd recently bought a new TV and was unsure about what type of HDMI cable I needed to use with it. The connector shell on my old HDMI cable was to big - I couldn't use it. In the past I'd bought a fair few AV items from Futureshop, so I decided to ask them. My advisor Hezron Duhaney has shown knowledge and patience helping me get the best resolution of the problem.

Fast, reliable and extremely helpful. I had a specific cable request that required a custom build with odd lengths and terminations and Hezron in Customer Service was unfailingly acute in diagnosing the issues, finding a range of solutions and expediting the finished cable at speed. They also managed to decipher US customs for overseas shipping a few years back. Highly recommended.

First rate technical support and excellent product.
I was looking to replace a worn pair of speaker cables that were fairly old and brittle with a lot of noise. I contacted customer and technical service representative Hezron Duhaney to enquire of a suitable cable for my setup. He responded very quickly to my enquiry and was knowledgeable enough to understand exactly what I needed even though I had no clue. The cables I had been using before were coiled directly to the binding posts, when in fact there was an option for banana plugs to insert directly. Heron recommended the Elite Reference Airtight Banana Plugs and sent a link to order with detailed instructions. I ordered yesterday and they arrived first thing this morning. The plugs were a snug fit and the quality of the copper cable and shielding were a million miles from what I had been using previously. The importance of having someone who knows what they are doing and are experienced in their field cannot be understated. The value of the order is not just in the quality of the product but the level of service provided. I am a satisfied customer.
