Hi, I really love my new futon, so need I say anymore…😎

Excellent sofabed ~ comfortable and looks good

After being a 3 time buyer of Futon Shop products, this time I am very disappointed. So much so I want to cancel (order not delivered yet) but I can't ahold of anyone on the phone and the email responses are all AI and canned, and not addressing my issue. Apparently, there is an unsatisfactory change in management.

Great service from Futon Company Solihull. The team were really helpful, friendly and professional throughout. Excellent customer service and a very easy experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

I bought 5 collapsible 80cm clothes hangers. Absolutely brilliant items. Easy to put together (max 15 mins) They are sturdy, and look great in my spare rooms. I came accross them in a little hotel, where they were used instead of wardrobes and gave a Light airy feature to the room. Absolutely love them. Would order again from Futon Company, very easy to navigate website and brilliant purchase!

Easy to order, fast delivery

Love the Futon Company for small space furniture. I decided on their sofa for practical purposes - multi-purpose, able to manover through small hallway as arrived dismantled, wonderfully cat-friendly (no arms to destroy, washable and replaceable covers and futons...) but it is also beautiful! Absolutely love it and solved my sofa quandary. Great delivery service too.

I often visit the Leeds Futon store to browse, buy or collect online purchases. Chelz and all the staff are always so lovely and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop here and the products are gorgeous

I ordered the Suki 2-seater (birch) with the ultimate 3-panel futon mattress. It arrived earlier than expected and I received good communication from the delivery company about when it could be delivered. The futon was fairly easy to build, although two people were required when putting the large pieces together. The futon looks stylish and is comfortable to sit on, if a little firm (adding cushions helps). Friends slept on it for one night and said it was very comfortable. The futon was a few centimetres short of a double bed, but double bedding still fit well. I was worried the arm rests would feel in the way while sleeping but the guests had no complaints.

The reactive glaze butter dish is lovely. The quality is great and I was spoilt for choice on colours. This was a gift and my daughter loves it. It's great that is it half size so can I in the fridge but looks lovely on the breakfast table. Really safely packaged by The Futon Company and arrived on time. Will be using this company again.

Easy ordering, delivery was seamless with a great courier company, and I love what I bought.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Larger items are not on-site, but only waited 2 days before collecting my purchase.

Easy online ordering, good delivery, great product with very easy to follow instructions (doesn't mean I didn't put the shelves on backwards, then upside down before getting it right but that was pilot error!).

We ordered two Bamboo bedside shelf units. Nice quality, easy to build, value for money and delivered when promised. We then ordered the baskets that fit the shelves. Very happy with the end results. The added bonus was the offer of ‘buy one, get one half price’.

Great Futon mattresses. They pack away nicely when not being used and easily unfold to provide very comfortable beds for our friends and family that stay over. 100% recommended.

Can't believe the value for money for narrow bedside tables we bought. Astonishing that something so high quality and stylish is so inexpensive.
