We had seen a dining set and shelving unit on line and wanted to see it in real life before making our minds up. Todd greeted us and said he was happy to help if we needed but didn’t hassle us at all. We did decide to buy both items and Todd was very helpful and efficient in placing our order. He was friendly, very cheerful and definitely knew his stuff. A credit to Furniture Village. We can’t wait to take delivery of our beautiful new table and chairs (Stockholm range). A small point but the website really doesn’t give justice to the quality of the furniture it sells. Top notch! A pleasurable experience, thank you.

Gabriel made us welcome to the Furniture Village store. We were there to purchase a new bed. Having made our choice we were taken back down stairs, passing a lighting display! We also decided on a ight fitting!!
Gabriel assisted us in making our bespoke bed choice. Also ran through the light fitting, type of bulbs required.
After putting our order together he ran through the details to make sure all was as required, prior to placing our order and payment. We now wait patiently for Furniture Village to be in touch with delivery details. No further comment to make until items are with us. However, we have purchased items from Furniture Village before and have always been happy. So fingers crossed . Thank you Gabriel

The customer care individual was very accommodating and polite. She listened to my concerns and advised that she had logged my request to change the mattress for a medium tention as my my purchase was well within the 30 day customer promise. The reason I marked it as 3 stars only was because I had to wait 25 minutes before speaking to the team. There was no option to request a call back. When I went to the customer chat option it was greyed out so I couldn't use it.

£1600 sofabed too big to get into my house (bungalow, semi detached), London friend will take it, but after many voicemails delivery still not arranged.
Great salesmanship, not so great after sales. Will adjust review when we get a resolution.
Not inclined to shop there again.

Staff so very helpful, went over and above to deliver a bed for the next day. Rang around other stores and spent a long time with us to resolve our problem of not having a bed.
