Fantastic service and price
Called up to the showroom on Saturday, discussed garden furniture with Sinead, it was something I’ve looked for months as it’s an investment but furniture store (NI) had by far the best offer. Sinead was informative without being pushy and gave me a range of ways to pay which was ideal, the set was delivered to our house before I even got home! It’s the 6 seat La Garda set with fire pit and we also received a patio heater and cover, cannot recommend enough and will definitely be back (hopefully for a pergola!)

Helpful friendly staff. I was able to visit the store to see Naturewall, discuss options, and order a sample which was useful. I then was able to order online rather than have to return to the store, saving on time and a long journey. Ordering was easy. Accuracy of dispatch/delivery information wasn't great and is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars - I understand this was beyond control of Furniture Store, but it's possibly something they could take up with their supplier. All in all, a good experience and I'd be happy to buy again from Furniture Store, and recommend them to others.

Had issue with 2 side screen, contacted Louise and the issue was resolved and sides replaced.

Best ever investment I made for our garden .called up with Louise last April just looking at what she had available . Was so impressed with the pergola I ordered one with a side . With Northern Ireland weather not the best the pergola has been a great add to our hot tub and patio .meaning we can spend a lot more time in the garden .excellent service and great guys who fit the pergola .nothing is a bother to any off them and very helpful.five star service with a five star product .
