I got a pergola last month from Furniture store NI. From my initial inquiry, Sinead was very informative and quick in her responses to all queries. I was keep updated about delivery. The pergola is high quality and given the recent weather the leak free blinds have certainly been tested and passed with flying colours. The installation team are tidy. Thank you to all the team.

Big thank you to Furniture Store NI. After looking through the market place for a Pergola for our outdoor area we made the decision to go with these guys. They provided a very quick response on info to ensure what we wanted would work for us and supplied / fitted our new 6X6 pergola.
Install team were brilliant and most importantly friendly and tidy. We have since bought some additional privacy blinds and again the guys worked with us to get the right number to suit the area.

Super product, superb service
Our 6x4 pergola was installed a few weeks ago, no fuss, no mess and a great job it is. Communication with Furniture store has been excellent. The product is superb. The Aluminium louvres and side wind shields have been strong and held up against recent bad weather. Couldn’t ask for more. I have no regrets over buying this. Hoping for more good weather, but even if we don’t get it barbecues will still go ahead!

We went along to the AG Outside Room event where The Furniture Store NI had a stand with pergolas on display we loved the idea of the louvered roof system useful for both sun and rain in this country! Recently purchased a 3 x 4 pergola to include installation. Delighted when they were able to install weeks earlier than expected due to a cancellation.
Installation was seamless and the guys removed all the packaging.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality
Louise and Sinead were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They gave us great advice and made the experience very easy.
We bought a 3x3 Pergola and the quality is excellent and the value for money was outstanding when compared to similar in the market.
We had to cancel an original delivery date and there was no fuss just understanding and reassuring us that whenever we are ready let them know.
When we were ready we got our Pergola delivered and installed on a Sunday. Amazing that they would go out of their way, work on a Sunday(arrive on time by the way) just so we could get our Pergola as soon as possible.
The fitters were lovely and engaged us on every part of the install, took all the rubbish away and left our garden spotless. And I should point out they came from N.I to Dublin for our install.
We cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
You will not be disappointed.

Over the moon! Affordable and fab quality Pergola!
We had a 3x3 Pergola and two planters delivered and installed on 7th July and we couldn’t be happier, they’ve totally transformed our garden.
The service was and the boys installing were efficient and travelled from Cookstown to Newcastle Co. Down.
Price range was one of the most affordable out of all the others we enquired about. Delivery was prompt and it even came earlier than we were initially quoted - just in time for summer!
