Both my chairs arrived as promised. Both were put together very quickly andook lovely in my little snug. My only issue is they are not so easy to push out to recline when your not very tall or strong ( 5'1") my son in law removed the springs to help but still too hard so has to be pushed back standing up and then sliding sideways onto chair. Never the less very nice chairs well worth the money paid.

Cheap and tacky, not comfortable to be honest wouldn’t bother go elsewhere spend a bit more money for real!

Easy to assemble and really comfortable, and at a great price

After finding the Hamburg Outdoor 8-Seater Garden Modular Aluminium Dining Set With Fire Pit Table I thought I would read up on reviews, came across a few bad ones so became sceptical about buying but reached out to customer service to ask some questions about the furniture and they came back to me 3 times within the 24-48 hour timeframe they advised.
Once I placed the order I got a time-frame of 5-7 days but when some reviews said they were delayed I expected a longer delivery time-frame however was delighted to here back from a courier after 3 days saying they had a pallet of boxes to deliver and offered me a selection of days and times to suit me.
Furniture arrived in more pieces than expected but came with instructions so after spending the afternoon assembling was delighted with the finished product and how comfy the seats were and the flexibility to change it around.
I also ordered the Roma 3M Solar LED Cantilever Parasol which arrived with a different courier 2 days later again very happy with this and the water filled base.
The cover for the furniture arrived later than the 7 days but only by 2 days extra but none the less I received tracking for them all from the couriers so was delighted with the communication throughout.
Being a skeptic and constantly reading reviews after being scammed once or twice I was on the fence for a long while however absolutely delighted that we ordered this as was a 70th birthday gift for my Mother.

The garden furniture was delivered quickly however the quality of the product is not as good as anticipated for the price….a bit overpriced in my opinion

Sofa arrived in good time. Really easy to set up. Comfier than I thought it would be.

Despite contacting the company, I was given no delivery information. The website states that the (obviously large) boxes can be delivered to a room of your choice. When the delivery finally turned up (I have still not been contacted to get details!), it was dumped on the driveway in the rain, even though the windows were open, there was a car on the drive and someone was clearly home. This meant I had to drag everything inside myself, which was hugely challenging. The response from the company was that if they haven't replied to your query within 5 days, they will delete it. I would avoid buying from this company.

Absolute joke of a company! Sent me a faulty fire pit, and then instead of replacing the full part, sent me a component for me to fit myself and take the fire pit apart. Then to add insult to injury the part they have sent is the wrong size!

2 different coloured sofas. Ice bucket is very unlevel causing lid in centre of table to sit very wonky also. ??

Avoid at all costs. Said 5 day delivery time for our order, yet no updates after 7 days. Chased them and then they say it’ll be 3 weeks until it arrives. No apology, very little done to help speed up the process or explain why it happened. Order arrived damaged and the instructions were so so poor. Dont bother. Not worth the hassle.

Really pleased with garden furniture, from ordering to delivery the service was excellent. Very quick delivery and kept updated with a call from driver with a time arriving. The furniture was packaged well with each piece individually wrapped. The instructions were easy to follow, once made up it looked really good and comfortable to sit on. Overall exceptional service

Accurate delivery updates on the day, very helpful delivering the item to where we needed it.
Very pleased with the quality of the furniture. Had an issue with a faulty part but a replacement was sent within the week. Good experience

Easy purchase and competitive pricing - much cheaper than B&Q for same item.

Let's get the usual things out the way,

The instructions are useless.
Nothing is labelled with a part number for said instructions.
The screws were all mixed in a bag so you had to guess where they went 🤣
Took me 4 hours to put together by myself.
Nothing lines up so you have to bend, pull & push the pieces together so you can get a bloody bolt in.

The quality is shocking for the money - £700!!!! Very low budget.

In the photos you will see the glass table top is chipped on the corner with no glass shards anywhere so this passed Quality control 🤣

When i built the 3 stools, I placed a stool on top of another & the little feet on the bottom - ripped the "rattan" (see photo)

Contacted these & they offered me a £20 refund 🤣 which I obviously declined & requested a replacement part yet again. They said they would be in touch, which they didn't but the new part rocked up a week later 🤷‍♂️

Back on the Quality again.. if you zoom in on the stool.. you'll see lines, peeling in the "rattan" that is on every single inch of the furntiure.

The banding used for pallets, boxes etc is thicker than this material.

This isn't worth £700 🤣

4 failed delivery attempts, first 3 they only had half the order so I refused to accept, the 4th attempt they didn’t bother putting it in the van as they realised they only had half the order at the warehouse AGAIN! Furniture Maxi were useless - just kept giving me lip service stating that both parts would be delivered on the next attempt. No attempt at customer service or to try and rectify the situation. When I requested a refund they stated they would need to cancel the courier before issuing my refund. Awful service from both Furniture Maxi and Furdeco the delivery company. Do not use!!

The delivery lorry was to big to deliver all the way apart from that it’s all good

The furniture is good quality and perfect so absolutely no complaints there. For the product I’d give 5 stars.

Where the experience was poor was around the customer experience and a real lack of communication and expectation setting. There were no delivery timescales so I had to email to be told around 6 weeks. No problem but why not tell people that up front, I may have waited to order if I had known as 6 weeks was scarily close to my holiday. When I chased delivery again I was told the courier would contact me in 48 hours to arrange a convenient delivery time, this didn’t happen. Fair to say the courier arrived with no prior warning, we were both out and it absolutely wasn’t convenient. I have no idea what would have happened if I was on holiday!! Please communicate with your customers properly!! My experience would stop me ordering again despite the good quality product
