Had the sofa delivered yesterday and what can I say fantastic service from start to finish the sofa looks so much better in person I am so happy with it and just what we needed as a family so much more room for us all to sit together

Fantastic company, excellent customer service. My new sofa is very comfy and huge fits all 5 of us on it easily and our dogs. Delivery was very fast ordered Wednesday and was delivered Saturday morning, Delivery men were very helpful and polite.

Best furniture company I’ve ever used! Paying in instalments is made super simple, communication is excellent, customer service outstanding and the time from submitting my order to delivery was around a week, compared to other well known furniture companies who take 6+ weeks and make it difficult to pay in instalments unless you have a 6 figure salary and a pristine credit history.

I will absolutely be shopping with this company again. They made everything so easy, the pricing is fair and the quality is even better. You won’t get better service elsewhere. I’m over the moon with my purchase and I cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re thinking about it then absolutely do it. 10/10!

Still haven’t received my order it’s not due till 15 of June or around about that time so can’t comment on how my purchase is yet delivery is still a while away

My corner sofa is an bargain, well made, staff are polite, delivery guys very professional. This is the second time i have purchased from Furniture Direct. So much better than SCS I ordered on the Tuesday it was delivered on the Friday. You wont get that service anywhere.

Got a lovely sofa from them, brilliant quality and service. Ordered the wrong size sofa and quickly rang them to change it which they did no problem. They offer a couple of different finance services too. Great

The service was really good and my sofa came good apert from the fact that u have to be the one to connect it while there was no manuel apart from that everything else is on point and there customer service is good and they respond on time.

Initially wrote a great review below but I've been trying to contact the co panu gor a few days maybe a week now and im not getting any response theiir online chat sends me to an email and the email dont answer. A week after getting one of the led strips wont turn off it will only be dim or very bright. We have looked everywhere how to fix it and can't find what's wrong tried contacting the company and no response.

From ordering to delivery took 4 days was so simple and easy , absolutely love my new sofa very well made and so comfy, really easy to put together and fits perfectly in my small living room, very very happy thankyou

Ordered on 5th May 2026 received 9th May 2026 very quick delivery amazing company and great customer service from start finish even after sales they messaged and definitely would buy again love my sofas beautiful comfortable and amazing for my back bonus
