This was my second purchase of Ercol furniture over the past couple of years. Once again, great pre-purchase advice on the product design, fantastic delivery service and beautiful bespoke made-to-order furniture using British timber - all at the best price on the market!

Carl and his team were fantastic! I found them via a furniture 4u site as I was comparing prices for a specific piece of furniture, Carl not only priced matched he offer further discounts. They delivered to North Yorkshire free of charge and could not of offered a better service!

Couldn't fault them. Great price and great service. The price of the sofa we wanted was significantly better than locally. They agreed to hold the sofa until we were ready as decorations took longer than anticipated. The lads who delivered the sofa were first class.

We ordered some Ercol pebble tables. There was quite a lead time on them. We chose Haynes as we have over the years had lots of furniture from them.
The price is always very reasonable and the divers flawless, would highly recommend.

Having eventually decided which sofa suited us best we placed a telephone order at 4.45pm Friday afternoon, paid our deposit and had oder confirmed with a 12/14 week wait. Happily surprised when furniture ready ahead of time , excellent delivery and set up. All packing removed. Really pleased with the service received.

It was a long distance ( 2hrs each way) but the help and advice with the best price going made it all worthwhile.
Delivery and assembly was first class.

When deciding on our purchase we had questions which were answered clearly and promptly.
After placing the order we received a confirmation e mail with an estimated delivery date.
Then a telephone message about the delivery date.
Chairs were delivered on time and the men placed them where we wanted them.
