Lovely units
I bought 2 units from furnicomp rather than through b&q so much cheaper! Yes I was waiting quite along time for delivery, but I did have 3 emails during my wait, which kept my mind at ease that it was going to be delivered, I had a text with delivery date which I couldn’t do, so I emailed and I got a phone call the next day, we made a plan for the delivery for the original delivery date, I got a text and phone call on delivery day and they came really early which was great as I was still in! Units are great! Put them up on my own and I’m not an expert it took 1 half hours each one, delivery guy was also a nice guy, I think the delivery guys get a bad rep on here, he carried 4 boxes to my door, then one by one I put them into my house, I’m happy with my order thank you ☺️

They are a scam
They are a scam. If I can give them a rating of less than 1, I would do that.
I had placed an order on 3rd April and today is 1st July and my order is still not delivered.
At the time of purchased, I was told that the item will be delivered in 6-8 weeks and now 13 weeks have passed without any communication.
No one picks up their phone number and the voicemail is full.
Their website shows Trustpilot rating of 4.9 however the reality is totally different.

Communication: We spoke with you on several occasions and sent a follow-up email outlining the global shipping delays. The 6-week timeline given at checkout was explicitly stated as an estimate due to these ongoing global supply chain challenges.
The Refund: When your order was finally ready for delivery, you made the decision to cancel. We honoured this immediately, and you have already been refunded in full.
Website Reviews: Our website features verified reviews directly from our own customers. It does not state anywhere that it is linked to Trustpilot.

Universal Multi-use white gloss tall cabinate
Good delivery time, just what I wanted, plenty of adjustable shelving. Sturdy build apart from the usual cardboard back that all modern units seem to have. Took my reluctant husband about 2 hrs to build, he says built worse & it wasn't too bad to put together- he just hates doing it. I would buy again if in the long term it lasts- I have only had it a week.

Lots of reworking required
Firstly, one of the drawer sides had been machined incorrectly so required a lot of reworking.
Secondly, the rear board was only half the size of the cabinet so I had to cut and fix a second piece from my own stock.
Overall, quality control was just not there.

Quality shoe wardrobe
Quality shoe wardrobe, packed so well to avoid any transit damage. The young delivery driver was so helpful and kind and efficient too.
Absolutely love my purchase its a solid piece of furniture, very classy looking in à grey high gloss finish and I can now see all my footwear at a glance!

Our policy states that any transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate with our couriers. When you contacted us regarding damage 2 months after delivery, we still wanted to help. While we do not offer partial cash refunds outside of our policy terms, we did offer to send you completely free replacement parts to resolve the issue, which was unfortunately declined.

When you contacted us with the photo of the issue, our technical team reviewed it closely. The fracture shown is unfortunately a result of an assembly error rather than a manufacturing defect or transit damage. While we cover any and all factory defects or transit damages completely free of charge, we cannot provide free replacements for parts that are damaged during the home-building process.
We did offer to supply the necessary replacement parts at cost so you could complete your build, and that offer still stands. If you would like to proceed with ordering the replacement part to get your item fully set up, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Avoid at all cost
Order only if you have money to loose. I've ordered a wardrobe on 12 October 2025. The delivery company didn't manage to deliver after 5pm for a 3 months, even if they're working till 7pm (no weekends), and after being called. So furniture was returned to sender. Months later I still have not received the money back and costumer service is ignoring my messages about outstanding refund.
Your response below and a model of delivery is a 'joke' !!!
If the costs of deliveries exceeded the price of the furniture, why did you ask in one of the emails if I still want it.
Or may I pay you for another wardrobe which will be never delivered, please?

We are sorry for the frustration surrounding your order, but we must clarify the facts of what occurred.
Your wardrobe was ordered on October 12th and dispatched on October 16th. Following this, our courier made 4 separate delivery attempts. Because wardrobes are large, heavy items, deliveries must be booked in. Both our team and the courier made numerous attempts to contact you via phone and email to coordinate a time, but we received no response.
Couriers operate on set daytime routes and cannot guarantee specific slots after 5 PM. Because the delivery was repeatedly missed and communication was ignored, the courier returned the item to our warehouse.
Due to the 4 failed attempts and the return freight, the courier billed us nearly 5 times our standard shipping rate. Per our terms and conditions, customers are responsible for the costs of abandoned or repeatedly refused deliveries. In this unfortunate case, the return and storage fees charged by the courier completely exhausted the cost of the item, leaving no remaining balance to refund.
We have reached out to you via your registered email with a full breakdown of this.

Irresponsibility of FurniComp, update
Unfortunately, I have to admit that I am really astonished and dismayed by the irresponsibility of FurniComp Ltd ! We placed the order on May 4 with the estimated delivery time of 3 working days.
On May 12 the message arrived that the product was on its way.
On May 14 we were informed that our Storage Cupboard had been “successfully delivered,” although no delivery has taken place.
Upon inquiry, Mohammed from customer support of FurniComp Ltd honestly admitted that, indeed, the driver did not deliver the item at all. We were assured that an investigation with the courier would commence immediately, with a response promised within 48 hours.
Unfortunately nothing has been done since then and after two weeks we did not get any response : no replies to emails and no answers to phone calls.
My wife will be staying at home during the coming two weeks still waiting for the delivery and will update about the situation which is becoming totally unacceptable.
UPD. The item has not been delivered and the company FurniCom promised to issue full refund on June 4 but we have not received any refund nearly after a month. Thus FurniComp is not reliable both in terms of delivery and in terms of refunding. Avoid this company.
