Easy app to use lots of choice of cards to suit your needs

Always use funky pigeon. Never had any problems.

I ordered my card and paid extra for next day delivery and I’ve still not received it. My order wasn’t even appearing in my account or a confirmation not received yet I had a screenshot of the order and money taken from my account

Had a gift card inside one of your cards and can I activate it can I hell it keeps knocking me of the page so I have to go through it all again then tells me the number they send via email has expired 🫤given up stressed me to the max

Easy to browse, choose and personalise cards. Found exactly what I needed for 2 different bdays. I don’t have a local card shop so I find this a really handy way of choosing and posting cards in one go. The addresses of my contacts are stored so easy peasy. Quick turnaround from ordering to dispatch. 👍🏻

After adding my VIP addresses, somehow my card was linked to the wrong one and when I contacted you to change the address immediately I was told it would likely be possible.
I was told to wait for confirmation but I heard nothing. When I contacted you again the next day asking if it had been changed I was told it was too late. I was not impressed. I think that you should have called cancellation option for this very reason.

I like the cards that I've purchased in the past. I'm writing a constructive critique not a complaint. I would like to see a more choice. I have been using these for a few years now and im always scrolling past and see the ones I've already bought and sometimes im leaving to competetitors. Who in comparison of catalogues are lacking. The cards are great. Just need a bit more choice. Maybe its a subjective view, because there is a lot of choice but for my liking, cards with not much fuss and photos, with a bit of style and vibrance.

For my terminally ill Brother it arrived after four days absolutely totally disappointed. And upset They offered me a credit on my account which I’ve refused. I don’t want a credit. As I don’t want to use this company againI wanted my money back and they have not agreed to honour my request , would not use this company again they’re too unreliable.and not customer focused

Shocking App. Card arrived with no picture on front cover. Contacting customer services via the App is abysmal compared to Moonpig and others. First and last time using them.

Paid express just seen est delivery time is a day after i wanted it delivered!

They use Royal Mail my fingers are crossed it will arrive sooner but not helpful, dont waste your money wanting the express choice.
Royal mail isnt a great choice with their unpredicble delivery.

Easy process

I love these cards & how easy it is to make them, however 2 of my cards this time were from my VIP list but I couldn’t work out how to apply this. Not easy at all! So it’s cost me £18 odd for 4 cards which I think is ridiculous. So very expensive & I’ll have to cut down on them from now on.
