Great Service But Too Expensive
I use FP for all my cards. It's a great company, and very reliable. However, it's getting more and more expensive, so I will be looking at alternative cheaper services in the future.

Card did not arrive on time. Many days late. Expensive delivery charges and poor service

Paid extra for next day delivery
Paid extra for next day delivery. Next day date was stated before ordering & on my confirmation order. (Ordered before 1pm which is the cut off for next day delivery too)
Received tracking, but order not received the next day. I contacted Customer Services who told me the service isn't next day, it's a 1-2 day service.
Totally misleading, and no effort was made at compensating me for paying extra for delivery for a service that was not fulfilled. Customer service did not seem bothered at all.
Order would've arrived in the same time if I had paid for standard delivery.
Sadly, I will now not be using Funky Pigeon for future purchases anymore.

I needed the dreaded last minute…
I needed the dreaded last minute anniversary card so tried this site. I opted for a personalised photo card which just added that little extra to the grey cells but it was remarkably simple to follow and I’m really pleased with the results.
Will definitely use again.
