No option to amend order or cancel within 5 minutes of ordering. I understand after it may have neen done but surely theres a time scale that you could.

Poor service/unhappy recipient
My husband ordered a dozen red roses and an anniversary card within plenty of time for it to be delivered today (14thJuly) for our anniversary. On the day of delivery he received an email saying the delivery company couldn't deliver & an alternative courier would take another 1-3 days.
To be fair to them the company did however refund the amount paid but I won't be using them again!

The timeline from ordering to delivery…
The timeline from ordering to delivery could have been better, 4 days was required for delivery, however Funky pigeon could not deliver for 9 days which is far longer than the postal service.

Problem with ordering an anniversary card
I tried three times on my laptop to complete my order but I couldn't get past of the 'add a gift card' stage as there was no option to continue without adding a gift card. This took a lot of time and was frustrating. I finally managed to complete my purchase on my phone.
