You only allow domestic addresses. I am purchasing flowers for someone living in the US, that doesn't mean my billing address should have to be in the US. Why am I paying sales tax to a place where I don't live?

The Lilies in Moonlight arrangement…
The Lilies in Moonlight arrangement that I ordered for my friend's Celebration of Life was delivered without a single flower that was supposed to be in it. It was in a vase that looked nothing like what was shown in the photo. When I contacted the company, they advised they would have a replacement delivered in time for the event. No replacement was delivered. When I called again, i was transferred to a supervisor, who offered me a "full refund" which turned out to be $16.03 on a $68.07 order. I immediately called my bank to stop the charge on my credit card.

Fromyouflowers.com did not send my flowers I ordered for a funeral. They sent me an email saying they couldn't find the right flowers I ordered + would send something else similar. They didn't even do that. The day after the funeral is over they say they sent nothing & would I like to send flowers to a residence. Awful service. Do not use!
