Excellent choice of rugs and sizes. All top quality pure 100% wool. Fast reliable service. My friends all say how lovely they are and that I have excellent taste. Sadly delivery was a letdown with the courier delaying on three occasions. This would not affect me using Frith Rugs in the future but perhaps a review of courier service used would be in order.

Fast and helpful response to query about delivery instructions over a bank holiday weekend. Goods delivered on time as promised. Clear guidance on how to fit the product over a carpet. As a 'first time' user of the underlay it may be some days before we can see if it is perfectly successful.

We have been looking for a rug for our living room for 18 months and couldn’t find one that we loved! After seeing the quality of these Rugs at Leekes department store, I went online to find some other colours and designs and found the absolute ONE! Beautiful design and fabulous quality. Delivery was only a couple of days, item was well packaged and now has pride of place in the living room. Highly recommended if you want a great quality rug with speedy delivery!
