No Full User manual provided

So far the refrigerator is working fine.

However, I was very disappointed that a full user's brochure was not provided. To spend $2,300 for a Frigidaire Gallery 4 door and to just get the startup miniature brochure was lacking in what should be standard.

However, the customer service rep link to the 44 page PDF.

I am very thankful and lucky enough to…

I am very thankful and lucky enough to every seat they brand new refrigerator through the comfort partners program in New Jersey I received it September 2025 the old one that the owner left in the apartment was disgusting he had no problem renting me this disgusting apartment disgusting stove I had kitty litter in the old refrigerator in bowls because it smelled so bad of mold so I was overjoyed to receive a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator it's August 2026 today's the 6th I started noticing August 1st 2026 that there was a fluctuation in the refrigerator temperature there's only one knob in the refrigerator to control both the freezer and the refrigerator fair enough well again today's August 6th 2026 I did call comfort partners first thing Monday morning which was August third since by Monday morning the freezer was up to 30° and the refrigerator was up to 50°. So they told me to comfort partners two weeks to get somebody out here to look at it I've already thrown out a few different things I'm trying to salvage what I have it's just ridiculous it's a brand new refrigerator of 10 months I did do a warranty but as of April 2026 they started emailing me saying that that was about to expire because I did the warranty in October 2025 online they wanted me to pay I don't know if they realized I was a comfort partners recipient so I wasn't paying for an extended warranty since I couldn't afford it and now I'm Sol until comfort partners can get there maintenance team here so I'm on the fourth day or 5th of fluctuating temperatures yesterday the refrigerator went up to 60 and the freezer went up to 40 degrees now the freezer's down to almost 10 degrees so the things that unfroze are refroze so I'm very disappointed to say the least sorry it was a long message or review I just needed to vent get it off my chest.

Frigidaire is actively canceling safety…

Frigidaire is actively canceling safety recall service appointments without explanation. My oven (Model FCRG3083AS, Serial VF535801xx) is flagged under Recall Policy ID: IHBRN2026. I have repeatedly scheduled the mandatory safety repair, only for Frigidaire to silently drop the service calls FOUR TIMES. They are failing to honor their safety obligations and leaving consumers with hazardous appliances. This defect has already burned 30 people. Complete lack of corporate accountability.

Horrible experience!

Our three year old fridge began running all day yesterday. The cold storage space was 50° this morning on the coldest setting, requiring us to discard all our perishable items. I used their website to schedule an appointment on the soonest date, a Sunday, and paid $350 plus taxes. I called the only one of TWO in San Diego, CA to confirm my appointment. They said they don't work on Sunday and the next available appointment was several days out. I called Frigidaire back and they arranged a time with another. They were 11 days out! San Diego, a major city, but only two authorized service agencies with both horrible reviews and unrealistic time lines. Although I wasn't belligerent or abusive, I had one Frigidaire assistant get testy and hang up on me when I voiced my frustration about the lack of schedule coordination between them and the service companies.

Their flat fee, while a super advantage, does no good when we're either forced to eat out or buy a large cooler and then ice for a week in sweltering heat. We are forced to buy a new appliance. I won't suggest Frigidaire at all.

*8/1/26 Update - Having spoken with the same guy twice at the end of my experience, demanding cancellation and a refund, he assured me it had been cancelled and a confirmation email would be sent "within 24 hours". I then noticed my appointment was still active on the link. Only after I clicked cancel did I receive a documented acknowledgment of the cancellation. Yet another form of deception in their practices.

Faulty air conditioner lasted only one season

I bought an air conditioner last summer and it only worked for one season. This summer it developed a terrible smell and stopped blowing cold air. I followed all guidance in the manual, trying for several weeks to make it operational as it was in the 90’s here for many days. I finally called Frigidaire customer service and they said my warranty had just expired and nothing they could offer. One season of use and now it’s trash?! Totally unacceptable.

So just bought a new garage freezer

So just bought a new garage freezer. So this is not about how good the product is. This is about a small thing that is normally a pain to complete. Registering your product. So normally yo install then find the manual or flyer and to register you need to then find details that are normally on the back or bottom of the thing you just had installed. This company provided a individual QR code in the manual packet that when scanned had your serial number and model already in the the code, took to the app no create an account just name address purchase date and bang registered. So simple well done. Now just need to see if this freezer lasts as long as the last one that was 12 years and 3 moves. The clock starts ticking.

Frigidaire is more a con than a vendor.

I purchased a Frigidaire 18,000 BTU wall air conditioner. It died in less than a month. I have been trying to get the unit fixed or replaced for 3 weeks now. As far as I can get from Customer non-Service, it is yet to be shipped. We are in our 70's suffering in triple digit heat and I've told that to the reps I've spoken with. They express concern, but nothing happens. Then they try to sell me an extended warranty or a freezer, etc. Also, they lost my paperwork which added more delay. I'll never buy anything from Frigidaire again!!! They have ceased to be a reliable company. Now, it feels more like a long con.

Absolute garbage product and customer service

I had a basic top freezer model refrigerator that I bought on 10-29-24. Stopped working on 6-13-26. It was determined that it was the compressor that needed replaced. Made multiple attempts through customer service to have the issue resolved through a purchased extended warranty with them. Issue has not been resolved and I have not heard a word from them or their "repair company ". It is now 7-18-26 and I still do not have a functioning refrigerator.

Beware absolutely do not purchase any products

Purchase a brand new frigidaire refrigerator and once it was delivered the ice and water dispenser was not working. I contacted frigidaire and a repair person came out and I was told the sensor that controls both dispensers needed to be replaced on a refrigerator i had for less than a week. This is unacceptable for a almost $3000 refrigerator and it's malfunctioning and I have to wait for the part to come in. I am totally dissatisfied with what has occurred and will not ever purchase another product from frigidaire and will advise others to do the same.

Purchased a refrigerator in July 2022

Purchased a refrigerator in July 2022. It has been serviced 6 times already. First time water leaked under the fridge and then the ceiling collapsed on the first level. The walls and ceiling all needed to be demoed to the studs to treat the black mold that had accumulated while it leaked. The repair cost was over 35,000. Then, the water line leaked again. Another replacement. then the front control panel stopped working. replaced 2 times. The ice maker stopped making ice, replaced 2 times. Two weeks ago it leaked again and the ceiling again collapsed.
Customer service is a waste of time Numerous complaints filed but Frigidaire/Electrolux refused to give me a new refrigerator. I found out from numerous appliance repairmen that the model was made during covid by anyone they could get to put the appliances together. The plastic ends on the shelves have all fallen off. The drawers don't slide evenly and one drawer broke altogether. We are two people with no children and do not abuse the fridge I regularly change all the filters and vacuum the coils, and clean in and out; waiting to find out what the damage is again with this last leak. Also, the doors are misaligned and I was told they couldn't fix it without taking it apart. Even the emblem on the front is crooked. The reservoir where the water/ice is has corroded.

Boycott Frigidaire

Please please please go with another brand. We purchased from the professional line in December and it is still an ongoing nightmare. Two techs have been at my house and have relayed the refrigerator is a lemon and it has still not been replaced. Inconsistent temperatures is only 1 of the 20 more issues. It physically makes me sick! I don’t know how many times we have called their useless customer service. The lies are astronomical. Pieces are even breaking off the inside for zero reason. The emblem is even put on crooked. We bought it to go in our new construction. Worst mistake of my life! They will not honor our warranty even with the techs that represent Frigidaire saying it’s bad. We are still battling and seeking legal assistance… they are not stealing my hard earned money!

OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE RUINING FRIGIDAIRE REP

I returned home from a brief vacation on Sunday June 28th, to find my refrigerator portion of my Frigidaire at 68° and the freezer portion at 47°. I had a mess to clean up in the freezer and throw out nearly everything in both freezer and refrigerator because of odor and spoilage. I contacted Frigidaire, and everyone keep in mind that the phone number they give you goes to an overseas call center, they will never give you a direct number to any Frigidaire or Electrolux Corp in the states. After a brief debate, they sent the technician out on Wednesday July 1st. The problem with mine was a major leak in the copper Freon tubing in the back (all leaked out - it will never cool again) which he took a picture of and showed me. It would be included in his report. The technician stated it should be a replacement unit but Frigidaire was famous for sending a second technician out and making a mess soldering or welding or whatever they do to fix the issue. Frigidaire never calls you back as each call center agent promises. The tech showed me the pictures and the report that he submitted, which was confirmed with A1 Appliances, their subcontractor here on the east coast of the United States. Frigidaire has never called me back and updated me on the status. I have called them five times so far and the call centers offer up different stories every time. The first couple phone calls they stated the repair order has not been received from A1 Appliances. Earlier today I spoke to the call center and they read off the order that the "tech adjusted a knob inside the refrigerator and the unit was working and the case was closed". This is the part that's going to make great media coverage. I'm a senior citizen now without any cold beverages or food to cook and eat. So this is 13 days with no concern of a senior citizen and no acceptable customer service skills by the Frigidaire call center staff (which is overseas). I had to put A1 Appliances on a conference call with the overseas representative from Frigidaire today, and of course as expected, the Frigidaire agent had to set up another work order to send out another technician. The Frigidaire agent explained that there are no other technicians in my area and she would have to escalate it and someone would get back to me with a second visit in five to seven business days. The second Frigidaire representative also stated that she does not see all work order from the original service, which the early Frigidaire agent read off to me that it did exist. You're going to get nothing but lies from the customer service agents at the call centers overseas. Just be warned. I'm still without a refrigerator to have drinks and food to consume, but it seems Frigidaire has poor customer service and is not concerned. Fortunately West Virginia is a one consent state. Frigidaire is supposed to have their phone conversations recorded. I definitely do. I'm hoping to get a resolve soon so I can address the media once this is resolved after the poor and lengthy time to complete. The original technicians recommendation of a new fridge would have resolved everything if Frigidaire wasn't so cheap. I'm on day 12 without a working unit from Frigidaire. The unit is only 11 months old.

We bought a fridgidare gallery package…

We bought a fridgidare gallery package for our new home last November . This June the 36” fridge stopped working , the dishwasher will not clean and leaves a soap scum on everything so we have to hand wash.
When our fridge quit working 10 days ago we contacted the warranty people and as of yet we have had no contact with any service people . We now have been without a fridge for ten days and in July , not only did we loose all our freezer compartment we now are filling a cooler with ice . It now seems we have to go buy another fridge as Frigidaire is not responding to us

Frigidaire Nightmare

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator 03/11/2026. Delivered on 3/28/26. Woke up 6/9/26 to no power. Contacted Frigidaire opened up a ticket. Repair technician came out unable to fix. He told me he had several units from company do exactly same thing. So he talked to Frigidaire and they wanted him to replace the board. They did not have the board so I had to wait 7-10 days for them to find. Once technician got the board he came back and installed it. Once again did not fix and he stated again he was contacting them to do a replacement.
I called the next day and was told technician needed to send his report in. For a week they told me they were not getting his report. I called again this morning and was told they needed to send a technician out here. I said why I was all ready told unit could not be fixed. Then they tried to tell me he needed to send in his report. I said I do not believe you I talked to appliance repair company 3 times last week and I assured it had been sent in 3 times. I was then put on hold only for the rep to come back and state they have his report but now they will not replace it until he talks to a master technician at Frigidaire. I also requested a refund instead of replacement. I was told Lowes would have to do refund.
So I called appliance repair shop again and asked for them to contact Frigidaire. So I am without a refrigerator for a month now with no end in site. Filed a complain with BBB.
LOWES- I purchased from lowes with extended warranty from them as well. The technician said it would be easier for me to contact lowes and get a replacement then it would be to get from Frigidaire since the product was barely 60 days old. So I contacted lowes and was told they only accept returns on big ticket items 48 hours after purchase. Then I was told by manager it was 30 days if charged. I also asked the manager what I needed to do to get a refund since Frigidaire stated refund would come from them. I was told no refund would need to come from Frigidaire not from Lowes.
So buyer beware if you are looking for a new appliance. I will never buy anything again from Lowes or Frigidaire.

I bought a part for my oven it took…

I bought a part for my oven it took forever to get to me but, when I got it IT was bent. I couldn't put that in my oven it's a heating element and my old one burned up and caught fire. I tried calling the first number said they were closed because they close at 9pm..I called at 2:30pm the second number I called was the part number by looking at the location and I was on hold for a bit then someone pushed something and said leave name and number or go to website. I believe they're NOT legitimate website or business. THEY took $37.57 from my credit card. Which is fraud and sent me a defective item because it's really bent. I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else and get my heating element for my stove. Frigidaire.com website.

Buyer beware

If I could give this product a rating lower than one star, I would.

I purchased a Frigidaire electric slide-in range in October 2025, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but a frustrating experience from the day it was delivered.

From the very beginning, I noticed that the cooktop burners did not regulate temperature properly. Even when set to the lowest heat setting, liquids would continue to boil aggressively, making it nearly impossible to simmer sauces, soups, or cook delicate foods. Temperature control is one of the most basic functions of a range, and this appliance has consistently failed to perform as expected.

After trying to work around the issue for several weeks, I contacted Frigidaire's customer service department and requested service under the warranty. A technician inspected the appliance and confirmed that the two front burners were not functioning correctly. Both burners were replaced in an attempt to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, the repair did not solve the underlying issues. The burners continue to provide inconsistent heat, making cooking unpredictable and frustrating. In addition, the oven has consistently overbaked everything I have cooked, even when following recipes and using the recommended temperatures. Food cooks unevenly, requiring constant monitoring and adjustments, which defeats the purpose of purchasing a new appliance.

A second technician was sent to evaluate the range. What I was told during that visit was extremely disappointing. The technician stated that, in his opinion, the appliance was operating "as designed" and commented that the technology used in this range is outdated and of poor quality. Hearing this from someone servicing the product was both discouraging and concerning. If this level of performance is considered normal by the manufacturer, then there is clearly a serious quality issue with the product itself.

For the past three months, I have spent countless hours communicating with customer service, scheduling service appointments, and waiting for answers. Despite my patience and cooperation throughout this process, I still have no satisfactory resolution. I have been left with an appliance that does not perform as advertised and that I cannot rely on for everyday cooking.

As a result, I have formally requested that Frigidaire provide a full refund and arrange for the pickup of this defective appliance. Given the ongoing performance issues, unsuccessful repair attempts, and the significant inconvenience I have experienced, I do not believe a replacement or additional repairs are an acceptable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this range and the level of customer service I have received. I expected a dependable appliance from a well-known manufacturer, but instead I have experienced months of frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a Frigidaire appliance. If you are considering buying one, I encourage you to do your research and carefully consider other brands.

For Canadian customers who wish to file a complaint regarding their Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance, the consumer complaints department can be contacted. Call the service number and ask for the email address because they will not offer it.
