Would be no stars if I could

Would be no stars if I could. New fridge and now will be three service calls and they do not know exactly what is wrong. They just ordered three electronic boards and I am responsible to let them know. Just a piece of garbage that should be replaced no question

Horrible service after the sale.

Horrible service after the sale.
They failed over and over again to fix my freezer.. now my food is spoiled! Frigidaire only pays $50.00 towards food spoilage. That doesn't cover any of my loss!
Total Failure!!
Be aware!!

Never Frigidaire (/Electrolux)

Well, there are very valid reasons as to why Frigidaire has a 1.2 review rating here on trustworthy Trustpilot, and even less so on other review platforms. Also, let me draw your attention to something before I continue with my review regarding my experience with them:
When you look at ANY rating (review) number, you have to pretty much bear in mind that a "1" Star must be assigned (given) in order to post on any review site as most do not allow "0" (a zero). As such, what you're looking at here, is really more like a less-than 1-Star rating for Frigidaire. ....That ought to really tell you something. In a nutshell, it's:
DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE (Electrolux) PRODUCTS EVER.

Their products are hit or miss; the warranty on their products is pretty lame; and their customer "service" is non-existent. They are a Swiss (Electrolux = parent of Frigidaire), money-hungry company, interested only in upselling warranty plans - and HOW do you sell more warranty plans? Well, by kind of ensuring the end-user will REQUIRE a warranty.

Years ago, I purchased a brand new Electrolux / Frigidaire state-of-the-art (at that time) washer and dryer set, complete with pedestals, and all the bells and whistles. Sadly, the washer began presenting problems almost immediately and the Frigidaire customer service team moved like molasses to provide any type of coverage or repair. I too, however, was kind of to blame, as I became more heavily involved in other areas of my life, the washer took a back seat to things that demanded my interest, and I did not follow up as hard as I should have regarding them basically ignoring the issue.

The dryer, however, worked fine.

A couple of years later, with the non-working washer in the garage, I decided to call Frigidaire and see if I could "revive talks" and have someone take a look at it. Customer service, of course, said 'Too bad, lady - out of warranty; BUT, let me SELL you a new warranty!' (Paraphrased, but pretty accurate). I wasn't interested. I wanted to resurrect where we had left off when they had simply dropped the ball in coming to check it out while it was still under warranty. That was no-go. The agent would also not connect me to a manager or supervisor. I called back a few times - and what transpired was repeated versions of the exact same thing. No manager, no supervisor was ever made available regardless of how many times I asked.

Well, about a week ago, after having placed an order for a new LG set, who knows why, but I went to look at the garage-stored Frigidaire washer and I saw that the door clip was broken. I wondered if I had just not noticed that before or if it had somehow broken. I decided that since no one touched the thing, I may have missed it and wondered if THAT could be the entire issue. I wanted to kick myself right then and there. I asked AI, it gave me the part number I needed, I ordered it, switched it out today, and VOILA! .... The washer started up. I ran a hose to it, it tumbled, and then ... it stopped again. :).

Pretty much, it refuses to drain. As such, and having gotten this far on my own, I decided to try Frigidaire one LAST time. I explained that this was an issue from the very start, while still under warranty and that they have the records on that. I also made clear once again, that I am NOT looking for a "FREE" repair. I will gladly pay for it to be repaired IF it is something that can be repaired and that I gauge is worth repairing. All I was looking for is to PLEASE have a tech LOOK at it. Again, the agent told me he could sell me a $335 drain warranty that included a tech visit, labor and parts and a 60-DAY guarantee, IF it was the small drain pump. He couldn't really answer what happened to my $335 if it WASN'T the small drain pump. He also refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manage in case maybe they could answer what would happen to my $335. :).

/sigh

In short - leaving reviews about unsatisfactory products and services, in my opinion - is a necessary thing.
1. Reviews and ratings live FOREVER - and once companies begin learning that, all consumers win.
2. Companies with the best ratings also win through the very merited customer trust and sales generated by good reviews and ratings.
3. Along the same lines, companies with ratings as low as Frigidaire should lose every sale imaginable, because if a company refuses to go above and beyond to stand behind the products they manufacture and sell, or more so, even do the BARE MINIMUM, it is a company that does not value the customer, but the dollar.

As such, I urge you to research fully before you buy, always leave honest reviews, and never to but Electrolux or Frigidaire. Oh! ... and I JUST now found this: "Frigidaire is rated 1.03 out of 5.00 in customer reviews on BBB (Better Business Bureau)."

Need I really say more?

We should be able to give 0 stars

We should be able to give 0 stars for a review. There is no customer service. The AI, Pixie, is a joke. The "offshore" individuals do not comprehend the basic information that you are providing. Having a side-by-side refrigerator that is only 10 months old and no longer cooling appropriately, giving a "high temp" warning, and having an ice maker no longer functioning, is not something that you should have to wait 7+ days for a technician to come assess and repair. I will be submitting a bill for the lost food to Frigidaire, knowing full well they will not reimburse. And most of all, I will NEVER purchase another Frigidaire anything and will tell any and everyone not to because of these events!!

Do not buy Frigidaire!

Bought a Frigidaire fridge and the day after delivery, I noticed the freezer door was misaligned. I reported the problem and after 3 tech visits trying to get the door straight, there is still no resolution. Tech noticed a kink in the left hinge. Frigidaire claim that it is an aestetic issue so not their problem even though the fridge left their warehouse in this condition. A month later, I am still going back and forth with Frigidaire customer service and getting the run around.

They don’t cover their warranty

Bought a microwave which is still under warranty. The light that illuminates the stovetop stopped working. It is a small board $30 part on their website.Called for service and was told they don’t have techs for this and offered a buyback. The problem is that I have to hire someone to remove the old one , purchase a new one, have it delivered and installed which costs about $220. I offered to find a certified tech and have them reimburse me and was told they can’t do that because it’s not their techs, ( which they don’t have). Why bother having a warranty at all! I will never buy from Frigidaire again.

Customer service ordered wrong part and won't fix it

Customer service ordered the wrong part, I called and messaged them. They said the part i needed was discontinued. Mind, our refrigerator is 2 years old. I asked them to make it right by discounting a new refrigerator since they could not fix my current model. They returned to the chart to say the part wasn't discontinued but was back ordered. I asked for a screen shot of an email to confirm the date of backbone in stock to be 7/10/26 which was stated in the chat. They said they couldn't provide anything to verify their claim. I messaged to ask for a supervisor. They disconnected the chat. I have the conversation in screenshot and would happily provide it if there is a place to do so.

My Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator is…

My Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator is less than 5 years old. I did not buy the extended warranty. The ice maker stopped working, had a repair man out. He determined that the problem is a frozen water line, resulting from poor interior insulation. The water line is outside. I called Frigidaire and since it is out of warranty (a year) they would have to charge me $300 for the service call and fix. I feel since the problem appears due to poor design, that they should fix it. They refused, it would cost me. I will never purchase a Frigidaire appliance again, nor Electrolux, their parent company.

Fridgidaire $3,000 frig, & 8 deliveries

I bought a kitchen appliance set at home depot the end of 2023. The delivery drivers had a truck w/a non working lift. My $3000 frig was dropped over 4ft to cement driveway. As was rest of appliances. I recieved 8 more frig deliveries, within 3 months of dropped frig, Home depot made me buy a 2nd one (i never saw, nor understood) then the head office of Fridgidaire began calling me, threatening me that they would not send another. I was forced to take next one delivered, or no more would come! I now have a faulty frig, w/a broken drawer, and the Warranty Will Not Cover my frig. What's so ever. If I could give no stars, I would!!!! Fridgidaire and Electrolux are same company. NEVER BUY THEM!! This was all winter to summer 2024!! I want my warranty $$ back!!

We bought a new fridge in September

We bought a new fridge in September. Days after buying it stopped working. They came out and replaced the condenser. Since then repair people have been out several times to try to fix the fridge that freezes fruit and veggies (down below the freezer) and no one can fix it. Frigidaire has forgotten about us. I will never buy a Frigidaire again. It used to be a reputable company. No more. Very sad. And did I mention the fridge is still under warranty--till Sept. Watch: they'll come out to fix it when it's out of warranty. Too late--it will be junked by then.

We bought a Frigidaire microwave and…

We bought a Frigidaire microwave and after ONE WEEK, it stopped working. Their customer service policy: no returns, no exchanges, no tech to come to the house to see what happened, even though at first they tell you they will send someone.
Your only recourse is a "buyback", which adds up to a pro-rated amount of what you paid for it, after you submit paperwork and pictures to their website.
Then, you have to find a place to dispose of it, one that takes broken microwaves.
To sum it up, cheap product, lousy customer service.
NEVER AGAIN.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy a Frigidaire over the range microwave (Model FMOS184LBFD)! We purchased one from Lowe’s about a month ago and it makes a horrible noise. We paid to have it installed and bought an extended Protection Plan. The Protection Plan does not go into effect until the one year manufacture warranty expires. However, the manufacturer warranty only refunds the cost of the microwave, not the taxes, installation fee or the cost of purchasing a new extended Protection Plan for the new microwave! Frigidaire told us that parts are not available for this microwave, so they do not send out a repair person and only replace them. These microwaves are still on the shelves being sold and Lowe’s is charging people installation fees knowing that they cannot be repaired, and replacement of the defective appliance will cost the consumer money. 😡

Overpriced and bad design

Overpriced and bad design. Water and ice dispenser shout out and the floor is always wet with water and flying ice cubes. Refrigerator freezes food when on normal settings. Bad rack design and no 3rd drawer. Cheaply made. The doors do not line up and I could go on but just know it is a bad buy.

Lousy service. Lousy refrigerator.

Bought a Frigidaire Frigidaire in Oct 2025. Stopped working Feb 2026. Have had a repairman out 5 times. They simply don't care. Still is not working. Had a repairman scheduled for today. They had to reschedule due to "staffing"! This refrigerator is the biggest piece of junk ever.

After two years

After two years, my Frigidaire combo microwave oven quit. I paid a flat fee for a repair to Frigidaire. One month later, still no repair! After several calls, online chats, and emails, I got no answers as to when I might expect repairs to be done. Their tier one service reps are completely useless. They give you a lot of lip service with no promised follow-up. I decided to throw away my oven and buy another, more reliable appliance.I will never buy another Frigidaire/Electrolux product again.

I would rate a -10 if I could

I would rate a -10 if I could. My experience with frigidaire has been horrible! I’ve had a gas smell whenever I turn on the oven since new. They continuously send out their repair folks and tell me nothing is wrong with the oven it’s my gas supplier. I’ve had the gas supplier and plumber inspect and everything is good. Finally 1 week before my warranty expired they determine it needs a new oven burner. It was ordered and came in damaged so the repair folks needed to order another one. I’ve been told they have been generous and replaced it after the warranty expired. This burner replacement did not repair the problem. I called an appliance repair and they replaced the ignitor. I want reimbursed for my ignitor $317 which is reasonable. Frigidaire has denied my claim. Horrible company!!

It takes way too long to reach selected temp. When I selected just the Bake cycle the convection fan runs on and off the whole bake time. The products are dried out and over baked. selection should not have convection. The set time such as 350 beeps to indicate it reached that temp but it never has reached the correct temp. Sometimes it reaches 399 degrees then beeps for a selection of 350. Can never trust that the correct degree was reaches without a temp thermometer is in the oven. The convection fan is far too large for the space. It dries out everything. Big expensive mistake buying this stove!!
