Great experience the young lady was very knowledgeable about the company and the service I needed 10/10 highly recommend freedom voice.

We have used our 800 # for years but had forgotten to update our contract info, so we had minimal info to give Christian. He was patient and thorough in helping me find the right and needed details. Seriously, he was great. If all of your agents are 1/2 as good as him , you should be proud as h***.

Any time I call with questions or concerns, Freedom voice team goes above and beyond. Their products and services help my small business keep a float.

Well we had an issue and couldn't figure it out at first but through persistence and trial and error and a good attitude we figured it out and everything works great now truly appreciate him not giving up in doing everything he could to correct the problem.

I'm in the trail period but I have the full dashboard and have so far experienced great, live customer support. The rep I spoke with KNOWS the system and walked me through the set-up with ease. So far the FV VOIP product is a 10/10 and the live customer support has also been 10/10.

Rene was very helpful, knowledgeable, considerate, and understanding. She walked me step-by-step with every question I had for her. Rene have great Customer service. need more people like her.

I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened with FreedomVoice deserves to be made public.

I first contacted them because I wasn’t receiving incoming faxes (although outgoing was working). The rep said it would be sent to the tech team, but nothing was done. Then on the 20th, after being charged our monthly fee on the 15th, I checked my phone only to find out the entire account had been canceled without notice and without explanation. I spent an hour on the phone with multiple agents, and no one could tell me why. Only after demanding to speak to a supervisor was I told it would take 24–72 hours for someone to get back to me about the cancellation.
This is a business line that we’ve had for two years, tied to thousands of dollars in business cards, marketing campaigns, and sales materials. Suddenly, it was shut down. When I pressed them for answers, the only response I received was that they “cannot divulge the reason” due to “policies.” That makes no sense—especially since we barely use the line other than receiving junk spam calls. Most of our real business calls come through cell phones, so there’s no possible way any “policy” could have been violated.

This level of customer service and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company owned by GoDaddy. A business cannot afford downtime or unexplained cancellations. And yet, FreedomVoice canceled our account with no reason, no proof of wrongdoing, and no resolution—leaving us to deal with the damage.
My warning: do NOT use this service. If you value your business, your reputation, and your money, stay far away. We’ve already lost significant money and time because of them, and if it happens to you, remember—you were warned.

The agent was polite, knowledgeable & very helpful made me feel at ease

When I signed up for FreedomVoice online, I had a problem with my card. I forgot that I did not change my address, my fault. But, Freedom Voice helped out as soon as I called. It was easy least, and I received a toll-free number I was happy with. Eugene Rocks— he is polite and fast. He really knew what he was doing. Thanks again Eugene for excellent service.
