I've been using SimRush through them for about 4 years. The speed and reliability are excellent - even more impressive as we are in (very) rural mid-Wales.
I've had a problem with the connection over the weekend. The service team (is that just Kev?) have been outstanding and sorted it out - it's back to normal.
Sourced me the best equipment at the best price, and have subsequently provided excellent ongoing technical support.
Really helpful people from start to finish. Had problems with EE for my broadband and the support team swapped me out to Vodafone.

Recently dealt with FreeClix when looking for a new SIM card. Their team was always available to speak to and very friendly when I had a question about my plan.
Bought a SimRush system from FreeClix to help improve the broadband at my rural property and it worked brilliantly. I'm now consistently achieving over 50Mbps which is a world away from what we were seeing before on fixed line. I'd definitely recommend this company!
I live in a rural area and have long experienced poor Wi-Fi signal. FreeClix was recommended by a friend and I requested a survey to establish their viability in providing Wi-Fi for me.
Post survey, FreeClix confirmed this and I entered into a contract on 8th June 2023. As advised by them, I also began a contract with EE (whose transmission tower I would be using).
Despite their assurances, I immediately found that the Wi-Fi in my house was poor and even weaker than before. It dipped every evening from 5pm, making it impossible to stream most content providers.
In the following 50 days I did not experience a single evening of adequate levels of Wi-Fi for streaming.
I complained on 5 occasions but was fobbed off.
In early August I abandoned the system.
I feel misled by the survey which did not make clear the likely drop off in the evening.
In total this has cost me £1,287 for hardware and installation and a further £50 for one month’s supply.
I had to agree to a two year contract with EE. So far this has cost me £55 and it looks like I will be held to a £1000 early termination fee.
So far FreeClix have declined to see my point of view and I feel I have been treated unfairly.
I would urge prospective customers to exercise extreme caution dealing with FreeClix.
