I had an issue which turned out to be due to Amazon Marketplace. However, once Liam got on the case it was sorted out very smoothly. resolving problems is the real acid test for any supplier and in this case they achieved 100% success.

I recently bought 5 headsets for my small business and the guys at Headset Sales LTD were fantastic, I bought some refurbished headsets and they were really good quality and have worked a treat!! Thanks guys!!

A breath of fresh air. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and they never cease to impress me. I've been in the IT industry for 30+ years, and where in general, customer service has got steadily worse, these guys consistently deliver a world class service, including pre-sales support, supply, and post-sales support - nothing is too much bother. I recently purchased a new headset from the Headset Sales Ltd website and the customer services, along with the aftercare, was outstanding. Using the chat feature on their site, I was quickly connected to a real person. I had questions about the best model for my needs and the representative available was patient and very helpful. It was a refreshing change from automated bots that often provide incomplete answers or leave you on hold for too long! Having access to a knowledgeable human saved me alot of time searching online.

This company is completely unreliable. I purchased a headset from them via Amazon, only to receive the wrong item. They claimed it was an error and that the correct item was out of stock. After checking their reviews on Amazon, it seems they frequently do this and then simply say it was a mistake. It took a week to finally receive my refund through Amazon, and I’m still waiting for the postage to be refunded. The company is dreadful, their staff are difficult to deal with, and the Managing Director is equally unpleasant. I strongly advise avoiding them— in my opinion, they're nothing short of dishonest.

The headset manufacturer Plantronics suggested Headsetsales as a repairer of my professional Voyager UC headset and microphone. Keith at Headsetsales was brilliant and communicated with me all the way through the repair process. I have no hesitation in recommending Headsetsales for their work. I now have a working headset which is as good as new. Absolutely stunning team, thank you so much for your superb service.

These people are marvellous. They sell phone headsets but they also repair or refurbish headsets.

In my case, I was looking for a Plantronics C65, which is like gold-dust because it can be used for answering calls on its own without being tied to a desk (it registers directly with the base). No-one has any, and they hadn't got any in stock, but he knew that he could cannibalize a different model, with a different base but the same headset.

Please support companies like this who know their trade and also re-use and recycle. This is the future!
