Fantastic service from Freaky parts bought the big brake kit for my MX5 ND did take longer than quoted 10 working days but Stewart did keep me updated with the delay from his supplier the quality of All parts are very high standards
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freaky Parts to any MX5 owner looking to upgrade their discs and calipers. Stewart gave me great advice based on his experience of fitting brakes to track/race cars. Even over the Christmas break he was happy to message me with information so I could make a more informed choice.
The parts arrived pretty quickly too, even though the Wilwood caliper kit was made to order.
There was also excellent communication from Sylvia about any queries I had with delivery. What topped off a great experience was that their prices were more competitive with respect to other MX5 parts suppliers. All round 10/10.
Stewart delivers above and beyond customer service from when the item leaves his warehouse to when it reaches your door. All questions on the FB messenger was answered quick. Even if i messaged at 10pm. He is definitely dedicated to customer service and for this reason i will 100% recommend ordering from Freaky Parts and i will return as a customer. Very happy. I ordered some brake hoses for my Mazda and they arrived on time.... But 2 of the 4 hoses were the wrong size.... Responded immediately and I had the replacement (correct part) within the week, speedy turnaround and charming public communication.
