This is not at all trustable company..it's totally fraud wasted all my days and time also didn't got appointment..they promised for refund after cancellation but ie also false commitment..I have already filled case on the company.

You should not use their service. Totally waste money and time.
They claim they can make fast appointment, however, they can't. The only thing they do is keep making promise. They will also register your info on french visa booking system, then you can not book online appointment by yourself. In this situation, do contact London - TLScontact to report this company.

I am really disappointed and very unsatisfied with the service I received.
I applied and paid for an express visa appointment, which they advertised to take 3-4 working days. It turned out to be just a marketing trick. 25 days later I didn't have my appointment booked. In addition, they never gave me any update until I asked about it. They just kept telling me that the appointment would be confirmed soon, which never happened. Eventually, when there wasn't enough time to get my visa before my flight, I asked for a full refund as the service wasn't delivered. They refused and offered me only half of the fee I paid. I spoke to a Citizen Advice and they told me this is a breach of a common law. However they seem to not care about it. This is the worst service I ever experienced. I don't recommend this agency.

It's a scam, the appointment dates advertised prior to paying are not offered, and, in my case, even after 2 weeks the answer is always "wait another couple of days". I am reporting them to ActionFraud, would be great if everyone else affected does the same - together we can stop them from scamming more people.

FRAUDS!! They will never respond once your payment is done. Do NOT use this website. I've sent them 48 emails and they keep sending the same reply saying they are trying to get an appointment. I've lost all my bookings because of them. And i have no idea how to get my money back. Wish i could give zero stars. Does anyone know how to get the money back and report them? Please help!

They are going to convince you by early appointment promises and keep emailing you to pay the money. They do not have any access to the appointment system. They're fraudsters based outside the UK in some sh**hole. Please be careful and do not pay! Once your payment is gone through they will tell you that you paid 49 GBP instead of 69 GBP while the truth is that you have paid 69, but they want to steal more money from you as now they understood that you are falling for their trap. They do not even speak proper English. Their phone number on PayPal is a clear fraud as it is only has few digits. Please report them to as many authorities as you can. I am already in touch with the PayPal team about these thieves.

The guys are Amazing. I needed France visa in 10 days time. There was no appointments available for next 45 days. But when I contacted them they promised they can get in week time and they can get VISA in time. They did managed to find and we have got our visa the day before travel booked. All in week time happened. They always responded to emails utmost responsibly. They were always patient finding appointment to me. They are also helpful providing flight itinerary for visa. I surprised to see some bad reviews. May be some of the things were not in their control. But for us these guys were amazingly good. Keep up good work guys.

Fraud!! Never ever engage with them.. had to cancel my holiday bookings because they did not give the appointment even after two weeks of paying..

This people dont even deserve a star. They are terribly incompetent. The customer service lady didnt have good english, I kept asking if she could repeat what she said. She kept getting angry and was super rude and hangup on me.

I had chosen in the website an appointment for next friday. They tell me saturday afternoon that I have an appointment for monday at 8am - I am on business travel then. I never gave my consent for that day, they bullishly picked a date and they never ask for my availability.

Now they say they wont refund. This site is a SCAM!! HUGE Scam! Stay away

FRAUD! Do not engage with them in any way. They are not FSA regulated therefore if you give them money there is nothing you can do about them. Shame why these kind of firms are active and continuing their fraudulent activities in the UK.

This is a fraudulent site. They made me pay GBP 69 and made me cancel my appointment with TLS and finally did not give me an appointment date. I lost my money for my flight tickets and the hotel booking. I am going to report this to the police.

I think they respond very fast to emails and have been patient with my questions. But the express appointment was given after at least two weeks rather than the promised within one week or even next day. Luckily I got my visa approved in time. Anyway, thanks for their service.

This is a fake company please stay away. These losers also have another online company setup called "France-Visa.co.uk" - both are bogus. They take your money & details but doesn't do any work.
FRAUD STAY AWAY!!!

This is a fraudulent company set up by some Indians. I paid them £69 for next day appointment. Two weeks later they still haven't done any work. They will baffle you with bullshi*. I have had to cancel my holidays as I relied on them to get me a Visa which they didn't.
Luckily, I paid via PayPal so managed to get my money back!

I have also faced the same issue. They keep mailing back saying they'll give an interview.
Is there anyway I can claim a refund?

The are really fake company!!!! Even customer service also fake! Everything is fake.

They are very good in working i loved working with these guyz. Only they can help with the express appointment

I paid for next day appointment since 7th of June. I lost hundreds of pounds because of these people.

They lie and said I will get appointment later in the day since then I still have not received my appointment.

Email from Alex below when I request refund

“We are sorry to inform you that your all the documents were approved except your one document which is your appointment letter from the embassy we were supposed to get it before one day from the date of appointment but now we are supposed to get it today till evening so please be patience by that time definitely we will get in touch with you .”

I am still waiting for the date and time and my trip was for 24th June today.

I have never felt so disgusted in my life that a company would actually steal from innocent people.
